МЕХАНІЗМИ ФІНАНСОВОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЛОГІСТИКИ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ГВАРДІЇ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У даній статті подано розробку методики дослідження фінансових механізмів забезпечення логістичних операцій Національної гвардії України. У якості наукової новизни отриманих результатів виступає розробка теоретико-методологічних засад щодо реалізації фінансових механізмів забезпечення логістичних операцій Національної гвардії України. В даній роботі у якості ключового елемента фінансових механізмів забезпечення логістичних операцій Національної гвардії України розглядається фінансова стратегія. В статті подано поняття фінансової стратегії, розглянуто основні дії командування у процесі реалізації стратегії. Розглянуто стратегічні завдання Національної гвардії України стосовно реалізації фінансових механізмів забезпечення логістичних операцій. Запропоновані основні принципи фінансової логістики військових частин Національної гвардії України. В даній статті акцентується увага на основних параметрах діяльності ланок логістичної системи. Описані основні аспекти вирішення локальних завдань фінансової тактики логістичних військових частин Національної гвардії України. У статті систематизовано та запропоновано основні показники оцінки витрат функціонування логістичної системи військових частин Національної гвардії України. В даному дослідженні розглянуто специфіку концепції стратегічного управління витрат для потреб військових частин Національної гвардії України. Запропоновано виділення зовнішніх та внутрішніх фінансових потоків для потреб військових частин Національної гвардії України. Систематизовано фактори, які впливають на ступінь централізації функцій управління фінансовими потоками господарської діяльності військових частин Національної гвардії України. У статті розглянуто переваги та специфіку використання методики розрахунку показників оцінки синергетичного ефекту від запровадження запропонованої моделі логістичного управління фінансовими потоками господарської діяльності військових частин. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає в формуванні відповідних рекомендацій командуванню військових частин стосовно реалізації фінансових механізмів забезпечення логістичних операцій Національної гвардії України.

MECHANISMS OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF LOGISTICS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE
Summary
This article presents the development of methods for studying the financial mechanisms of logistics operations of the National Guard of Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is the development of theoretical and methodological principles for the implementation of financial mechanisms to ensure the logistics operations of the National Guard of Ukraine. In this paper, the financial strategy is considered as a key element of financial mechanisms to ensure the logistics operations of the National Guard of Ukraine. The article presents the concept of financial strategy, considers the main actions of the command in the implementation of the strategy. The strategic tasks of the National Guard of Ukraine in relation to the implementation of financial mechanisms to ensure logistics operations are considered. The basic principles of financial logistics of military units of the National Guard of Ukraine are offered. This article focuses on the main parameters of the logistics system. The main aspects of solving local problems of financial tactics of logistics military units of the National Guard of Ukraine are described. The article systematizes and proposes the main indicators for estimating the costs of the logistics system of military units of the National Guard of Ukraine. This study examines the specifics of the concept of strategic cost management for the military units of the National Guard of Ukraine. The allocation of external and internal financial flows for the needs of the military units of the National Guard of Ukraine is proposed. The factors influencing the degree of centralization of the functions of managing the financial flows of economic activity of the military units of the National Guard of Ukraine are systematized. The article considers the advantages and specifics of using the method of calculating indicators for assessing the synergy effect from the introduction of the proposed model of logistics management of financial flows of economic activities of military units. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the formation of appropriate recommendations to the command of military units regarding the implementation of financial mechanisms to ensure the logistics operations of the National Guard of Ukraine.
