ЗНАЧЕННЯ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ ДЛЯ РОЗВИТКУ СІЛЬСЬКИХ ТЕРИТОРІЙ ТА ФОРМУВАННЯ СІЛЬСЬКИХ ЛІДЕРІВ
Анотація
В наслідок історичних подій, що призводили до соціально-економічної трансформації суспільства України, зокрема, найбільше на сільських територіях, коли було штучно майже ліквідовано цілий прошарок суспільства «сільську інтелігенцію», були знищені сільські лідери та повністю ліквідована сільська ініціатива, була утворена, досліджувана нами в попередніх наукових працях, соціально-економічна пустка.
З огляду на реформування в галузі освіти, сьогодні необхідно звертати більше уваги на стан та розвиток вищої освіти для молоді з сільських територіях, де відбувається на сучасному етапі відновлення саме того прошарку лідерів серед молоді та ініціативного населення сільських жителів.
Сільська освіта зіштовхнулась з перешкодами через урбанізацію та міграцію сільського населення, велика частина освітянських кадрів переїхала з сільських територій, втрачено престижність праці на сільських територіях через стереотип високої трудомісткість та великого відсотку робіт з включенням ручної праці.
Також великою проблемою для сільської молоді виявилось те, що в селах частково відсутня інфраструктура, яка забезпечує вільний доступ до Інтернету, відсутність спортивних та відпочинкових закладів, де молодь змогла б себе реалізовувати в творчості, лідерстві та проектуванні.
Як показує практика, що саме ті особи, які навчались у закладах вищої освіти, зазвичай стають сільськими лідерами, що виражають думку суспільства і стають його провідним голосом. Випускники закладів вищої освіти, що повертаються на сільські території користуються авторитетом, часто стають ініціаторами різних проектів, працюють в органах виконавчої влади, започатковують власну справу, як приносить позитивний соціально-економічний ефект громаді.
Не зважаючи на те, що на сьогодні відчувається брак керівних кадрів в об’єднаних територіальних громадах та лідерів громадської думки на селі, вказаній проблемі мало приділяється уваги, відсутнє стимулювання та мотивація сільської молоді до громадського розвитку, проблема мало висвітлена у науковій літературі та у працях вітчизняних науковців та дослідників.

THE IMPORTANCE OF HIGHER EDUCATION FOR RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND THE FORMATION OF RURAL LEADERS
Summary
As a result of historical events that led to the socio-economic transformation of society in Ukraine, in particular, most of all in rural areas, when an entire stratum of society “rural intelligentsia” was artificially almost liquidated, rural leaders were destroyed and the rural initiative was completely eliminated, the socio-economic emptiness was created and it was investigated by us in previous scientific works.
Taking into account the reforms in the field of education, today it is necessary to pay more attention to the state and development of higher education in rural areas, where at the present stage of restoration of this particular layer of leaders among young people and the initiative population of rural residents is taking place.
Rural education faced obstacles due to urbanization and migration of the rural population, most of the educational personnel moved from rural areas, the prestige of labor in rural areas was lost due to the stereotype of high labor intensity, and a large percentage of jobs involving manual labor.
Also, a big problem for rural youth was the fact that in the villages there is a partial lack of infrastructure that provides free access to the Internet, the lack of sports and recreation facilities where young people could realize themselves in creativity, leadership, and design.
As practice shows, it is those people who studied in higher education institutions that usually become rural leaders who express the opinion of society and become its leading voice. Graduates of higher educational institutions returning to rural areas enjoy authority, often become the initiators of various projects, work in the executive authorities, start their own business, as it brings a positive socio-economic effect to the community.
Despite the fact that today there is a shortage of leading personnel in the united territorial communities and leaders of public opinion in the countryside, little attention is paid to this problem, there is no stimulation and motivation of rural youth for social development, the problem is poorly covered in the scientific literature and in the works of domestic scientists and researchers.
