ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ФОРМУВАННЯ СИСТЕМИ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
Кожне підприємство, будучи первинною ланкою економіки, потребує формування безпечних умов для ефективного функціонування та виконання покладених на нього економічних та соціальних функцій. Сучасні складно прогнозована динаміка середовища здійснення фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства вимагає першочергового створення власної системи економічної безпеки підприємства. Така система повинна бути здатною адекватно реагувати на внутрішні й зовнішні виклики, ризики й загрози задля уможливлення досягнення корпоративних інтересів. Шляхом узагальнення наукового доробку було виділено три основні підходи («структурний», «організаційний» і «діяльнісний») до трактування поняття «система економічної безпеки підприємства» із подальшим критичним оглядом й обґрунтуванням власної позиції. Розглянуто організаційні аспекти створення системи економічної безпеки, а також окреслено перелік основних функцій, ключових завдань та принципів, врахування яких загалом повинно сприяти створенню надійних захисних редутів в межах кожного підприємства.

THEORETICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF FORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE
Summary
Every enterprise, being the primary link of the economy, needs to create safe conditions for the efficient functioning and performance of its economic and social functions. Modern difficult to predict the dynamics of the environment of financial and economic activities of the enterprise requires the creation of its own system of economic security of the enterprise. Such a system must be able to adequately respond to internal and external challenges, risks and threats to enable the achievement of corporate interests.
The aim of the study was to generalize the scientific achievements with further substantiation of the theoretical foundations of the economic security of the enterprise.
To form the theoretical foundations of the economic security of the enterprise methods used: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization - in the study of the essential characteristics of the concept of "economic security of the enterprise"; synthesis and analysis - to outline current problems in ensuring the economic security of Ukrainian enterprises; morphological analysis - to clarify the content of functions, tasks and principles that should be the basis for the formation of the economic security of the enterprise; graphic - for visual presentation of theoretical and methodological material; abstract-logical - for theoretical generalizations and conclusions of the study.
By summarizing the scientific work, three main approaches ("structural", "organizational" and "activity") were identified to the interpretation of the concept of "economic security of the enterprise" with subsequent critical review and justification of their position. It is proposed to understand the system of economic security of the enterprise as a combination of subjects and objects of security, within security processes, by implementing a mechanism to ensure and comply with security policy to achieve goals and objectives in economic security in accordance with the specifics and conditions of the enterprise. The organizational aspects of creating a system of economic security (formation of a specialized unit, which actually serves as a command center with additional complementary functional tasks for all other organizational components of the enterprise), and outlines a list of key functions, key tasks and principles. protective redoubts within each enterprise.
