ВРАЗЛИВІСТЬ МЕХАНІЗМУ МОНЕТАРНОЇ ТРАНСМІСІЇ ДО МАКРОЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ШОКІВ
Анотація
У статті розкрито вплив макроекономічних умов фактичного розвитку національної економіки на передавальний механізм центрального банку. Проаналізовано підходи науковців до розуміння сутності механізму монетарної трансмісії, як процесу завдяки якому рішення центрального банку у сфері грошово-кредитної політики передаються на фінансовий сектор та економіку в цілому. Охарактеризовано макроекономічні особливості фактичного розвитку національної економіки, які впливають на ефективність використання системи процентних ставок і пов’язаних з ними інструментів грошово-кредитної політики. Досліджено динаміку облікової ставки Національного банку України за 2015-2017 рр., визначено основні внутрішні та зовнішні шоки, що продукують реакцію механізму монетарної трансмісії на заходи грошово-кредитної політики.

THE VULNERABILITY OF THE MECHANISM OF MONETARY TRANSMISSION TO MACROECONOMIC SHOCKS
Summary
There has been revealed in the article an influence of macroeconomic conditions of the actual development of the national economy on the transfer mechanism of the central bank. There have been analyzed the approaches of scientists to understanding the essence of the mechanism of monetary transmission, as a process through which the decisions of the central bank in the field of monetary policy are transferred to the financial sector and the economy as a whole. There have been characterized the macroeconomic features of the actual development of the national economy that influence the efficiency of the use of the system of interest rates and related monetary policy instruments. There have been distinguished the dynamics of the discount rate of the National Bank of Ukraine for 2015-2017 and the main internal and external shocks, which produce the reaction of the monetary transmission mechanism to the monetary policy measures.
