Анотація

Cтаття присвячен адослідженню існуючих наукових підходів щодо сутності поняття «трудовий потенціал підприємства». На основі багатоаспектного узагальнення існуючих наукових поглядів, було запропоноване авторське визначення поняття «трудовий потенціал». Розглянуто місце трудового потенціалу підприємства в системі наукових знань. Узагальнено існуючі наукові підходи до формування складових трудового потенціалу підприємства в залежності від рівня виробничих відносин та бгрунтована доцільність уніфікації структури трудового потенціалу підприємства відповідно до актуальної динамічності умов ринкового середовища. Також в статті розкрито сутність кожного її структурного елемента, що вирішальним чином впливає на функціонування підприємства та загалом на економічне зростання. Підкреслено необхідність зростання взаємоузгодженості між структурними елементами трудового потенціалу підприємства з метою підвищення ефективності управління ним.

EMPLOYMENT POTENTIAL OF THE ENTERPRISE: ESSENCE AND STRUCTURE

Summary

The article is devoted to the study of existing scientific approaches to the essence of the concept of "labor potential of the enterprise". On the basis of a multidimensional generalization of existing scientific views, the author's definition of the concept of "labor potential" was proposed. The place of the labor potential of the enterprise in the system of scientific knowledge is considered. The existing scientific approaches to the formation of the components of the labor potential of the enterprise are generalized depending on the level of industrial relations and the justified feasibility of unification of the structure of the labor potential of the enterprise in accordance with the actual dynamics of the conditions of the market environment. Also, the essence of each of its structural elements is disclosed in the article, which decisively influences the functioning of the enterprise and, in general, economic growth. The necessity of increasing the interconnection between structural elements of the labor potential of the enterprise is emphasized in order to increase the efficiency of its management.
