МЕДИКО-ДЕМОГРАФІЧНІ ПОКАЗНИКИ ТА ЇХ ВПЛИВ НА РОЗВИТОК ДОБРОВІЛЬНОГО МЕДИЧНОГО СТРАХУВАННЯ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто сучасні тенденції медико-демографічних процесів в Україні та їхнього впливу на розвитку добровільного медичного страхування. Визначено, що демографічний чинник є одним з визначальних для забезпечення стабільного й безпечного розвитку держави. Наведені та проаналізовані статистичні дані щодо динаміки чисельності населення України та структури його захворюваності. Зазначено, що через високий рівень загальної захворюваності та загальної смертності людей, стан здоров’я населення України оцінюється як незадовільний. Виділено основні фактори ризику, що створюють передумови зростання рівня захворюваності та смертності населення країни. Заначено, що інформація про захворюваність населення набуває особливого значення для розвитку ДМС. Визначено, що однією із основних проблем розвитку добровільного медичного страхування в країні є несприятлива медико-демографічна ситуація. Запропоновано шляхи подолання негативних демографічних тенденцій. Виділено проблеми добровільного медичного страхування в країні та зазначено перспективи його подальшого розвитку.

MEDICAL-DEMOGRAPHIC PROCESSES AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF VOLUNTARY HEALTH INSURANCE IN UKRAINE
Summary
The article deals with considers modern tendencies of medical-demographic processes in Ukraine and their impact on the development of voluntary health insurance. It is determined that the demographic factor is one of the defining factors for ensuring stable and safe development of the state. The statistical data on the dynamics of the numbers of population of Ukraine and the structure of their morbidity are presented and analyzed. It is noted that due to the high level of general morbidity and total mortality of people, the state of health of the population of Ukraine is evaluated as unsatisfactory. The main risk factors are allocated, which create the preconditions for the increase of the level of morbidity and mortality of the population of the country. Determined that information on the incidence of the population becomes of particular importance for the development of voluntary health insurance. It is noted that one of the main problems of the development of voluntary medical insurance in the country is an unfavorable medical and demographic situation. The ways of overcoming negative demographic tendencies are suggested. The problems of voluntary medical insurance in the country are highlighted and prospects for its further development are outlined.
