Анотація
У статті розглянуто різноманітні загальнонаукові підходи до визначення сутності понять «зростання» та «розвиток» а також встановлено їх взаємозв’язок, який представлено у вигляді схеми з якої видно, що на практиці це не відокремлені один від одного поняття, вони взаємно інтегровані і є доповненням один одного. На основі встановленого зв’язку розроблена структурна схема стратегічного управління розвитком дорожньо-будівельного підприємства.

Summary
The article deals with various general scientific approaches to the definition of the essence of the concepts of "growth" and "development" as well as their relationship, which is presented in the form of a scheme from which it is clear that in practice they are not separated from each other concepts, they are mutually integrated and are complement each other. On the basis of established communication, a structural scheme of strategic management of the development of road construction company has been developed.
