МУЛЬТИКОМПОНЕНТНИЙ ІНСТРУМЕНТАРІЙ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПОРТФЕЛЯ ПРОЕКТІВ ДЕВЕЛОПЕРА НА ЗАСАДАХ ВАРТІСНО-ОРІЄНТОВАНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена розробці нового багатокритеріального та мультикомпонентного інструментарію стратегічного і поточного контролінгу діяльності компаній-девелоперів у будівництві та коригування їх ринкової вартості на базовій основі узгодження змісту та ключових економіко-управлінських характеристик портфеля проектів компанії-девелопера з траєкторією та сутністю трансформацій операційної системи компанії на грунті вартісно-орієнтованого менеджменту (VBM, Value-based management).
Здійснено критичний аналіз переваг та недоліків системи VBM як базової при побудові інтегрованої інформаційно-аналітичної системи підприємства.
Це дозволило здійснити добір оптимального складу засобів, методів, та аналітичних процедур забезпечення модернізації бізнес-технології аналізу, планування та бюджетування проектів в складі портфеля проектів компанії-девелопера.

MULTICOMPONENT TOOLKIT FOR DEVELOPING A PORTFOLIO OF DEVELOPER PROJECTS ON THE BASIS OF VALUE-BASED MANAGEMENT
Summary
The article is devoted to the development of a new multi-criteria and multicomponent tools for strategic and ongoing control of the activities of development companies in construction and adjusting their market value on a baseline basis to harmonize the content and key economic and managerial characteristics of the project portfolio of the developer company with the trajectory and the essence of the transformations of the operating system of the company on a Value-based management (VBM).
A critical analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the VBM system as a base for the construction of an integrated information and analytical system of the enterprise is carried out.
This allowed the selection of the optimal composition of tools, methods, and analytical procedures to ensure the modernization of business technology analysis, planning and budgeting projects in the portfolio of projects of the developer company.
