ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ СІЛЬСЬКИХ ТЕРИТОРІЙ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу сучасних тенденцій та особливостей досліджень підприємницького потенціалу сільських територій. Метою статті є обґрунтування сутності підприємницького потенціалу сільських територій та перспектив його теоретико-методологічного забезпечення. Завдання: детермінація сутності підприємницького потенціалу у наукових дослідженнях; 2) аналіз методологічних підходів до поняття «підприємницький потенціал сільських територій»; 3) розробка алгоритму оцінки сутності поняття «підприємницький потенціал сільських територій».
Виявлено багатоаспектність трактування економічної категорії «підприємницький потенціал», що зумовлена поєднанням ознак її «підприємницької» та «потенційної» складових. До чинників детермінації сутності підприємницького потенціалу у наукових дослідженнях віднесено функціональні, цільові, ресурсні, системні.
Основними методологічними підходами до поняття «підприємницький потенціал» є: об’єктно-суб’єктний, блочно-модульний, системний, ієрархічний, які використовуються залежно від меж і глибини досліджень його проявів.
Запропоновано алгоритм оцінки сутності поняття «підприємницький потенціал сільських територій»: 1) аналіз взаємозв’язку його складових 2) оцінка сутнісних ознак; 3) характеристика системних складових, що забезпечують його цілісність. В процесі виконання алгоритму можлива деталізація детермінант та методологічних підходів до сутності поняття «підприємницький потенціал сільських територій».

THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF RESEARCH OF ENTREPRENEURIAL POTENTIAL OF RURAL TERRITORIES
Summary
The article is devoted to the analysis of modern tendencies and features of studies of entrepreneurial potential of rural territories. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the essence of the entrepreneurial potential of rural areas and to improve its theoretical and methodological support. Objective: determination of the essence of entrepreneurial potential in scientific research; 2) analysis of methodological approaches to the concept of "entrepreneurial potential of rural territories"; 3) development of the algorithm for assessing the essence of the concept of "entrepreneurial potential of rural territories".
The multidimensional interpretation of the economic category "entrepreneurial potential" is revealed, which is due to a combination of signs of its "entrepreneurial" and "potential" components. The determinants of the essence of entrepreneurial potential in research include functional, target, resource, systemic.
The main methodological approaches to the concept of "entrepreneurial potential" are: object-subjective, block-modular, systemic, hierarchical, which are used depending on the limits and depth of research of its manifestations.
An algorithm for assessing the essence of the concept of "entrepreneurial potential of rural territories" is proposed: 1) analysis of the interconnection of its components; 2) assessment of essential features; 3) the characteristic of system components that ensure its integrity. In the process of implementing the algorithm it is possible to detail the determinants and methodological approaches to the concept of "entrepreneurial potential of rural territories".
