ПРОБЛЕМИ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ КРЕДИТНО-БАНКІВСЬКИХ УСТАНОВ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті висвітлені актуальні проблеми функціонування кредитно-банківських установ в Україні. Досліджено фінансовий ринок щодо функціонування кредитно-банківських установ, визначено переваги й недоліки їх роботи, зазначено напрями підвищення їх ефективності в Україні. На оновленому фінансовому ринку в умовах високої конкуренції зможуть розвиватися лише ті кредитно-банківські установи, які вже розпочали або готові перебудовувати свою роботу під нові формати, які відповідають кращим європейським і світовим практикам. Тим не менш, встановлено, що до сих пір в кредитно-банківській системі застосовувалися традиційні рішення - націоналізація проблемних активів або націоналізація банків. Ці рішення стосуються тільки симптомів, а не є системою причин сучасних усе частіше повторюваних банківських криз; як і фінансове регулювання учасників ринку – в кращому випадку зменшить частоту таких криз, але воно не дозволить уникнути їх повторної появи. Тому в статті сформульовано сучасні проблеми забезпечення ефективності функціонування кредитно-банківських установ в Україні.

THE PROBLEMS OF PROVIDING EFFECTIVENESS OF FUNCTIONING OF CREDIT AND BANKING INSTITUTIONS IN UKRAINE
Summary
The paper highlights the actual problems of the functioning of credit and banking institutions in Ukraine. The financial market has been investigated with regard to the functioning of credit and banking institutions, the advantages and disadvantages of their work have been determined, and the directions for increasing their effectiveness in Ukraine have been indicated. In the renewed financial market, in conditions of high competition, only those credit and banking institutions that have already begun or are ready to reorganize their work under new formats that correspond to the best European and world practices will be able to develop. Nevertheless, it is established that so far the traditional solutions in the credit and banking system have been used - the nationalization of distressed assets or the nationalization of banks. These decisions concern only the symptoms, and are not a system of causes of modern, increasingly recurring banking crises; as well as financial regulation of market participants - at best reduce the frequency of such crises, but it will not prevent them from reappearing. Therefore, the article outlines the modern problems of ensuring the effectiveness of the functioning of credit and banking institutions in Ukraine.
