АКАДЕМІЧНА ПІДГОТОВКА МАГІСТРІВ З ТУРИЗМУ ЯК ФАКТОР ВПЛИВУ НА ЗАЙНЯТІСТЬ НАСЕЛЕННЯ НА ТУРИСТИЧНОМУ РИНКУ
Анотація
Проведено аналіз основних сучасних вимог до якості підготовки фахівців у сфері туризму. Акцентовано увагу на кадровому забезпечені туристичного сектору економіки, який відчуває дефіцит спеціалістів нової генерації в усьому світі. Відзначено, що одним із шляхів розв’язання цієї проблеми є інноваційна академічна і практична підготовка кадрів з туризму.
Обґрунтовано роль і місце професійно орієнтованих дисциплін, зокрема, дисципліни циклу професійної підготовки «Організація туризму» у фаховій підготовці магістрів з туризму. Дисципліна «Організація туризму» входить до обов’язкового компоненту освітньої програми підготовки фахівців з туризму. Основна мета дисципліни «Організація туризму» у системі підготовки фахівців сфери туризму – формування системи теоретичних знань та прикладних вмінь і навичок щодо організації і технології туристичної діяльності в умовах конкуренції на ринку туристичних послуг, а також вирішення конкретних соціально-економічних завдань, що виникають у сфері туристичної індустрії в процесі заснування власного туристичного бізнесу і управління туристичними підприємствами.
Доведено ефективність зміни традиційних форм проведення семінарів з предмету «Організація туризму» на інтерактивні: співнавчання, взаємонавчання (колективне, групове, навчання у співпраці). Зазначено, що організація інтерактивного навчання сприяла використанню рольових ігор, опрацюванню дискусійних питань, моделюванню життєвих ситуацій, спільному вирішенню проблем на основі аналізу обставин та відповідних ситуацій. Відповідно, кожен із напрямів підготовки передбачає отримання певної системи знань і вмінь, що досягається через засвоєння предметів відповідного циклу, поєднання теоретичної підготовки з практикою та самостійною і науково-дослідною роботою студента.
Професійно орієнтовані дисципліни є важливою складовою в системі фахової підготовки майбутніх магістрів з туризму, яка забезпечує їх професійне становлення. Уніфікація змісту і структури навчальних програм та професійно-орієнтованих дисциплін, доцільна послідовність вивчення, наступність використання компонентів знань щодо загальних об’єктів вивчення є необхідною умовою підвищення якості підготовки магістрів з туризму.

ACADEMIC TRAINING OF MASTERS OF TOURISM AS THE FACTOR OF INFLUENCE ON EMPLOYMENT OF THE POPULATION ON THE TOURISM MARKET
Summary
Аnalyzes the main modern requirements for specialists training quality in the field of tourism. It emphasizes on the providing personnel resources in the tourist sector of the economy, which is experiencing a shortage of new generation specialists worldwide. It is noted that one of the ways for solving this problem is innovative academic and practical training of tourism personnel.
The role and place of professionally oriented disciplines, in particular, the discipline of the professional training cycle «Tourism Organization» in the masters in tourism professional training is substantiated. The discipline «Tourism Organization» is included in the compulsory component of the educational program for masters in tourism preparation. The main purpose of the discipline «Tourism Organization» in the system of training specialists in the field of tourism is the formation of theoretical knowledge and applied skills and abilities for organization and technologies of tourism activities in terms of competition in the tourist services market, as well as solving specific socio-economic problems that arising in the tourism industry field in the process of establishing its own tourism business and management of tourism enterprises.
The article proves the effectiveness of changing the traditional forms of conducting seminars on the discipline «Tourism Organization» to interactive that includes: co-education, mutual learning (collective, group, cooperative learning). The author underlines that the organization of interactive learning contributed the use of role-playing games, issues discussion, modelling of life situations, joint problem solving based on the analysis of circumstances and the relevant situations. Accordingly, each of the areas of training involves the receiving of a certain knowledge and skills system, which is achieved through the assimilation of the subjects of the corresponding cycle, a combination of theoretical training with the practice and independent and research work of the student.
Professionally oriented disciplines are an important part of the professional masters in tourism training system, which ensures their professional development. The unification of the content and structure of the curriculum and professionally-oriented disciplines, the appropriate sequence of study, the continued usage of knowledge components in relation to common study objects is a prerequisite for improving masters in tourism training quality.
