ПРОБЛЕМНІ АСПЕКТИ УПРАВЛІННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНИМ ПОТЕНЦІАЛОМ БУДІВЕЛЬНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ
Анотація
У статті викладено проблемні аспекти ринку будівельної галузі України. Проаналізовано діяльність підприємств будівельної сфери з огляду на забезпечення відповідності системи управління цілям та завданням. Окреслено основні фактори, що впливають на динаміку розвитку будівництва. Доведено, що для ефективної виробничо-господарчої діяльності підприємства потрібно дві нерозривні складові: інноваційні процеси та розвиток будівельного підприємства. Інноваційні можливості будівельного підприємства та його інноваційний потенціал – це ядро всього потенціалу підприємства. Надано рекомендації щодо покращення ситуації в напрямі використання інноваційного потенціалу будівельної галузі та стану економіки будівельних підприємств. Обґрунтовано необхідність кластеризації підприємств досліджуваної галузі. Проведений аналіз галузі дає можливість оцінити рівень інноваційної діяльності підприємств і позиціювання підприємств за рівнем інноваційної діяльності та економічного зростання.

PROBLEM ASPECTS OF INNOVATION MANAGEMENT POTENTIAL OF BUILDING ENTERPRISES
Summary
The article outlines the problematic aspects of the construction industry in Ukraine. The activity of construction companies in Ukraine is analyzed in view of ensuring the compliance of the management system with the goals and objectives. The main factors influencing the dynamics of construction development are outlined. It is proved that for an effective production and economic activity of the enterprise two inextricable components are needed: innovative processes and development of a construction enterprise. The innovative capabilities of the construction company and its innovative potential are the core of the entire potential of the enterprise. The recommendations for improvement of the situation in the direction of using the innovative potential of the construction industry and the state of the economy of construction enterprises are given. The necessity of clustering of enterprises of the investigated branch is substantiated. The analysis of the industry provides an opportunity to assess the level of innovation activity of enterprises and the positioning of enterprises by the level of innovation activity and economic growth.
