ФІНАНСОВЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ СУБ’ЄКТІВ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА: РЕГІОНАЛЬНИЙ АСПЕКТ
Анотація
Дана стаття присвячена розробленню практичних рекомендацій щодо зміцнення фінансового забезпечення інвестиційної діяльності суб’єктів підприємництва. Запропоновано власне трактування поняття «фінансове забезпечення інвестиційної діяльності суб’єктів підприємництва». Виокремлено принципи фінансового забезпечення інвестиційної діяльності суб’єктів підприємництва, які змінюються відповідно до вимог часу. Виокремлено структурні компоненти механізму фінансового забезпечення інвестиційного розвитку суб’єктів підприємництва, комплексне використання яких забезпечить ефективне його функціонування, а результатом функціонування даного механізму є зростання прибутковості, підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності в ринковому середовищі. Запропоновано основні етапи реалізації фінансового забезпечення інвестиційної діяльності суб’єктів підприємництва. Виокремлено, що серед джерел фінансування лідируючі позиції займають власні кошти підприємств та прослідковується тенденція зростання коштів місцевого бюджету, що підкреслює позитивні результати адміністративно-територіальної реформи.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITY OF BUSINESS ENTITIES: REGIONAL ASPECT
Summary
This article is devoted to the development of practical recommendations for strengthening the financial support of investment activities of business entities. Proposed self-interpretation of the concept of "financial provision of investment activity of business entities". The principles of financial provision of investment activity of business entities, which are changed in accordance with the requirements of time, are singled out. The structural components of the mechanism of financial provision of investment development of business entities, the complex use of which will ensure its effective functioning, are identified, and the result of the functioning of this mechanism is the increase of profitability, increase of their competitiveness in the market environment. The main stages of realization of financial support of investment activity of subjects of entrepreneurship are offered. It is noted that among the sources of financing, the leading positions occupy own funds of enterprises and the tendency of growth of funds of the local budget, which underlines the positive results of administrative-territorial reform, is observed.
