ШЛЯХИ ЗНИЖЕННЯ ОПЕРАЦІЙНИХ ВИТРАТ ПРИ ВИКОНАННІ БУДІВЕЛЬНО-МОНТАЖНИХ РОБІТ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто питання теоретичного та практичного висвітлення операційних витрат будівельно-монтажних робіт, доведено необхідність планування собівартості БМР, визначено мету планування, наведено приклади планування за кожним елементом операційних витрат. Головною метою статті було дослідження операційних витрат та їх вплив на формування собівартості. Собівартість БМР визначається калькуляціями на кожний окремий вид роботи або на великий обсяг. В статті наведено приклад складання калькуляції для будівельних підприємств, особливості будівельної галузі,чинники впливу на формування витрат будівельного підприємства, методи визначення ступеня завершеності робіт, методи обліку витрат будівельних підприємств. Для успішного планування собівартості було запропоновано «ефект кривої досвіду», який показав як зменшити свої витрати разом із збільшенням об’ємів робіт.

WAYS OF REDUCING OPERATING COSTS WHEN PERFORMING CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION WORK
Summary
The article deals with the issues of theoretical and practical coverage of operating costs of construction and installation works, the necessity of planning of the cost of the BIS, the purpose of planning, the examples of planning for each element of operating expenses is shown. The main objective of the article was to study operating costs and their impact on the formation of cost. The cost of the BMR is determined by the calculations for each individual type of work or for a large amount. The article presents an example of costing for construction companies, the features of the construction industry, factors affecting the formation of costs of construction enterprises, methods for determining the degree of completeness of works, methods of accounting for costs of construction enterprises. For the successful planning of cost, the "effect of the curve of experience" was proposed, which showed how to reduce its costs together with an increase in volumes of work.
