УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ СТРУКТУРИ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ СКОТАРСТВА
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано сучасний стан функціонування організаційно-економічної структури підприємств тваринництва. Зазначено, що на особливу увагу заслуговують питання оптимального поєднання між заходами стратегічного планового регулювання й ринковим механізмом. Репрезентовано структурну побудову кооперативного господарства у тваринництві. Пропонований нами тип кооперації пов'язаний з розвитком виробництва тваринницької продукції в особистому господарстві. Запропоновано перспективні напрями удосконалення організаційно-економічної структури підприємств тваринництва: забезпечити консолідацію первинними виробничими ланками виробничих ресурсів; надати право первинним виробничим ланкам (первинним кооперативам) і кооперативному господарству в цілому частину виробленої продукції реалізувати на власний розсуд; запровадити систему оплати праці від отриманого доходу; застосовувати інноваційні технології виробництва кінцевої продукції й ресурсозберігаючу техніку.

IMPROVEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC STRUCTURE OF THE FUNCTIONING OF ENTERPRISES OF ANIMALS
Summary
The article analyzes the current state of functioning of the organizational and economic structure of livestock enterprises. It is noted that the question of the optimal combination between measures of strategic planning regulation and a market mechanism deserves special attention. Structural construction of a cooperative economy in livestock production is represented. The type of cooperation offered by us is connected with the development of the production of livestock products in the personal economy. Proposed directions of improvement of the organizational and economic structure of livestock enterprises are proposed: to ensure consolidation of the primary production links of production resources; to give the right to the primary production units (primary co-operatives) and to the cooperative economy as a whole to make part of the produced production at its own discretion; introduce a system of remuneration from the received income; to apply innovative technologies of production of end products and resource-saving technique.
