ПРОБЛЕМИ ФОРМУВАННЯ РЕКРЕАЦІЙНОЇ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ АГЛОМЕРАТИВНИХ УТВОРЕНЬ КАРПАТСЬКОГО ЄВРОРЕГІОНУ
Анотація
Головним завданням даного дослідження є пошук та наукове обґрунтування підходів до формування інфраструктури агломеративних утворень, удосконалення управління їх соціально-економічним розвитком.
Досліджуючи сучасні підходи до формування інфраструктури агломеративних утворень можна дійти висновку, що найбільш придатними у даному випадку можна вважати кластерні моделі, які використовуються у розвинених країнах, у країнах, що розвиваються, та у країнах з перехідною економікою.
Усі сфери діяльності агломерації мають розвиватися саме на інноваційній основі, а усі установи агломерації мають бути інноваційними і за структурою, і за діяльністю, тому усі сфери діяльності агломерації мають бути інтегровані у інноваційні цикли. Тільки так вони зможуть забезпечувати собі сталий розвиток, бути конкурентоспроможними на внутрішньому і зовнішньому ринках.
Управління діяльністю агломерації має здійснюватися без порушення принципів місцевого самоврядування, а навпаки, при ефективному його використанні. Завдання та функції органів управління агломерацією, які не належать до завдань і функцій органів місцевого самоврядування, закріплюються статутом агломерації, в якому визначається предмет діяльності органів управління агломерації та її інноваційних підприємств.

PROBLEMS OF FORMATION OF RECREATIONAL INNOVATIVE INFRASTRUCTURE OF AGLOMERATIVE FORMATIONS CARPATHIAN EUROREGION
Summary
The main task of this research is to find and substantiate the approaches to the formation of the infrastructure of agglomerative formations, and to improve the management of their socio-economic development.
By exploring modern approaches to the formation of the infrastructure of agglomerative formations, can conclude that the cluster models that are used in developed countries, developing countries and countries with economies in transition are the most suitable ones in this case.
All spheres of agglomeration activity should be developed on an innovative basis, and all agglomeration institutions should be innovative both in structure and activity, therefore all spheres of activity of agglomeration should be integrated into innovative cycles. Only they can provide sustainable development, be competitive on the domestic and foreign markets.
Management of agglomeration activities should be carried out without violating the principles of local self-government, but rather, with its effective use. Tasks and functions of the agglomeration management bodies that do not belong to the tasks and functions of local self-government bodies are established by the charter of the agglomeration, which defines the subject of activities of the agglomeration management and its innovative enterprises.
