СИСТЕМА ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ВУГІЛЬНОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ

Анотація

У статті викладено проблемні аспекти галузі вугледобування. Досліджено зміст категорії «економічна безпека підприємтсва». Економічна безпека є однією з складових національної безпеки. Недооцінка внутрішніх погроз, що знижують економічну захищеність підприємства, може привести до руйнування економіки в цілому. Тому в статті запропоновано ряд заходів, які б сприяли забезпеченню економічної безпеки на підприємствах вугільної промисловості. Проаналізовано особливості підходів до визначення терміну економічна безпека та запропоноване власне бачення даної категорії. Окреслено основні фактори, які впливають на стан та розвиток вугільної промисловості. Запропоновано створення системи економічної безпеки, яка напряму залежить від дій спрямованих на захист життєво важливих інтересів особистості та підприємства в цілому. Доведено, що неефективне управління праце охоронними витратами значно впливає на рівень економічної безпеки підприємства.

THE SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES OF THE COAL INDUSTRY

Summary

The article outlines the problematic aspects of the coal mining industry. The content of the category "economic security of enterprises" is investigated. Economic security is one of the components of national security. Underestimation of internal threats that reduce the economic security of an enterprise can lead to the destruction of the economy as a whole. Therefore, the article proposes a number of measures that would contribute to ensuring economic security at the enterprises of the coal industry. The peculiarities of the approaches to the definition of the term economic security are analyzed and the own vision of this category is proposed. The main factors influencing the state and development of the coal industry are outlined. It is proposed to create a system of economic security, which directly depends on actions aimed at protecting the vital interests of the individual and the enterprise as a whole. It is proved that inefficient management of labor with protective costs significantly affects the level of economic security of the enterprise.
