СУТНІСТЬ ПОНЯТТЯ «ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ МЕХАНІЗМ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЗОВНІШНЬОЕКОНОМІЧНОЮ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЮ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА»
Анотація
На основі сучасних наукових підходів у статті розглянуто різноманітні визначення поняття «організаційно-економічний механізм управління підприємством», проведено дослідження ефективності застосування даного механізму в зовнішньоекономічній діяльності підприємств, висвітлено особливості його формування відповідно до умов ведення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в Україні.
Проведене дослідження дозволило виявити відсутність комплексного підходу науковців до формування єдиного поняття даного механізму. На основі проведеного аналізу було виділено вимоги до ефективного функціонування організаційно-економічного механізму управління підприємством, розроблено узагальнюючу схему його функціонування на підприємствах, дано авторське трактування поняттю «організаційно-економічний механізм управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю підприємства», та наведено схему його функціонування. Окреслено необхідні інструменти, використання яких повинно забезпечити ефективність функціонування даного механізму.

THE ESSENCE OF THE CONCEPT "ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE"
Summary
On the basis of modern scientific approaches, various definitions of the concept "organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise management" are considered in the article; the study of the effectiveness of this mechanism in the foreign economic activity of enterprises is considered, and the peculiarities of its formation in accordance with the conditions of conducting foreign economic activity in Ukraine are highlighted.
The conducted research allowed to reveal the lack of a comprehensive approach to the formation of a single concept of this mechanism. On the basis of the analysis, the requirements for effective functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise management were developed, the general scheme of its functioning at the enterprises was developed, the author's interpretation of the concept "organizational and economic mechanism of management of foreign economic activities of the enterprise" was given, and the scheme of its functioning was given. The necessary tools are outlined, the use of which should ensure the efficiency of the operation of this mechanism.
