Анотація
Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням антикризового управління на корпоративних підприємствах. Мета статті полягає у вивченні основних підходів пояснення теорії криз, причин їх виникнення та перебігу, а також розкритті особливостей здійснення антикризового управління на корпоративних підприємствах. Як результат в роботі визначено перелік ознак, властивих корпоративному підприємству та сформовано визначення поняття «корпоративне підприємство». Авторами узагальнено основні підходи до пояснення теорії криз з погляду циклічності ринкової кон’юнктури, а також вивчено підходи до виникнення та перебігу криз на підприємствах корпоративного сектору економіки. Як результат досліджено сутність поняття «антикризове управління», запропоновано його авторське формулювання з урахуванням точок зору вчених-економістів, а також розкрито особливості здійснення антикризового управління на корпоративних підприємствах.

ANTICRISIS MANAGEMENT AT CORPORATE ENTERPRISES: THEORETICAL ASPECTS
Summary
The article is devoted to topical issues of anti-crisis management at corporate enterprises. The purpose of the article is to study the main approaches to explaining the theory of crises, the causes of their emergence and flow, as well as the disclosure of the specifics of the implementation of crisis management at corporate enterprises. As a result, the work defines the list of features inherent in the corporate enterprise and formed the definition of the concept of "corporate enterprise". The authors generalize the main approaches to explaining the theory of crises from the point of view of the cyclical nature of market conditions, and also approaches to the emergence and course of crises at enterprises of the corporate sector of the economy. As a result, the essence of the concept of "anti-crisis management" is investigated, its author's formulation is proposed taking into account the points of view of economists, and also specifics of the implementation of anti-crisis management at corporate enterprises.
