ЕКОНОМІЧНЕ СПІВРОБІТНИЦТВО МІЖ УКРАЇНОЮ І КИТАЄМ: РЕАЛІЇ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто сучасний стан та тенденції розвитку співробітництва між Україною та Китаєм з метою реалізації ініціативи «Один пояс- один шлях». Розглянуто стан та динаміку торгово-економічного співробітництва між Україною та Китаєм за період 2012-2017 рр.. Зроблено висновки, що динаміка експорту товарів за досліджуваний період має позитивну тенденцію до зростання. Обсяги імпорту товарів із Китаю до України за досліджуваний період знизились. Зросли обсяги експорту та імпорту послуг. Сальдо зовнішньоекономічного товарообороту протягом 2012-2017 рр. має від’ємне значення і за цей період його абсолютна величина зросла на 38,49%. Проведено аналіз співробітництва двох країн у гуманітарній сфері. Відмічене прогресивні зрушення у науковому та освітньому співробітництві на основі оновленої Угоди про співробітництво у галузі освіти. Зросла кількість стипендій на отримання освіти студентами в обох країнах. Відмічене, що в Україні зростає кількість бажаючих вивчати китайську мову та збільшується потік українських студентів, які ідуть здобувати вищу освіту у Китай. Проведено аналіз ефективності співробітництва у туристичній сфері. Зроблено висновок щодо доцільності активізації співробітництва у сфері туризму та лібералізації отримання віз для в’їзду громадян Китаю до України і навпаки. Проведений аналіз обсягів інвестицій із Китаю до української економіки показав уповільнення темпів інвестування. Необхідно зауважити, що питома вага інвестицій із Китаю до української економіки протягом 2012-2017 рр. не перевищувала 0,05 %. Виділено перспективні економічні сфери, в яких більш ефективно можуть бути реалізовані проекти і програми в Україні із залученням китайських інвестицій. За результатами проведеного дослідження зроблено висновок, що Україна та Китайська Народна Республіка мають значний потенціал для подальшого розширення економічного співробітництва, оскільки мають взаємні інтереси у цій сфері.

ECONOMIC COOPERATION BETWEEN UKRAINE AND CHINA: REALITIES AND PERSPECTIVES
Summary
The article deals with the current state and trends of cooperation between Ukraine and China in order to implement the "One Belt - One Way" initiative. The state and dynamics of trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and China for the period of 2012-2017 are considered. It is concluded that the dynamics of export of goods for the period under study has a positive tendency towards growth. Imports of goods from China to Ukraine decreased during the period under investigation. The volume of export and import of services has increased. The balance of foreign trade turnover during 2012-2017 is negative and during this period its absolute value increased by 38.49%. The analysis of cooperation between the two countries in the humanitarian sphere is carried out. Significant progress has been made in scientific and educational cooperation on the basis of the updated Agreement on cooperation in the field of education. The number of student scholarships has increased in both countries. It is noteworthy that in Ukraine the number of those wishing to study the Chinese language is increasing and the flow of Ukrainian students who go to obtain higher education in China is increasing. The analysis of the effectiveness of cooperation in the tourism sector was conducted. The conclusion is made on expediency of intensification of cooperation in the field of tourism and liberalization of obtaining visas for entry of Chinese citizens to Ukraine and vice versa. The analysis of investment volumes from China to the Ukrainian economy showed a slowdown in investment. It should be noted that the share of investments from China to the Ukrainian economy during 2012-2017 did not exceed 0.05%. There are promising economic areas in which projects and programs can be more effectively implemented in Ukraine with the attraction of Chinese investments. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that Ukraine and the People's Republic of China have significant potential for further expansion of economic cooperation, since they have mutual interests in this field.
