ФОРМУВАННЯ СИСТЕМИ УПРАВЛІННЯ ФІНАНСОВИМИ ПОТОКАМИ ПРИ ПЛАНУВАННІ РОЗВИТКУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
У статті визначено причини складного фінансово-економічного становища підприємств видавничого бізнесу та зроблено висновок щодо доцільності планування та реалізації проектів розвитку в напрямках забезпечення високої конкурентоздатності продукції, продуктивності праці та ритмічності виробництва, що позначиться на фінансових результатах діяльності підприємства та його фінансовому стані. Сформульовано основне стратегічне завдання при плануванні та реалізації проектів розвитку ТОВ «Видавництво Фоліо» – формування системи управління фінансовими потоками підприємства. Визначено, що механізм управління фінансовими потоками ТОВ «Видавництво Фоліо» є сукупністю елементів, що визначають економічну й організаційну складову і дозволяють реалізувати процеси формування, руху, ефективного управління фінансовими потоками з метою досягнення ефективності реалізації проектів розвитку підприємства. Розкрито зміст основних етапів процесу управління фінансовими потоками ТОВ «Видавництво Фоліо».

FORMATION OF FINANCIAL FLOW MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN PLANNING OF THE ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT
Summary
The article defines the reasons for difficult financial and economic situation of publishing business enterprises and concludes that it is expedient to plan and implement development projects in the areas of ensuring high competitiveness of products, productivity and rhythm of production which will affect the financial results of the enterprise and its financial condition. The main strategic concepts in the development concept, taking into account the possibilities of development of publishing business enterprises are as follows: to ensure satisfaction of the existing and potential needs of consumers to adhere to the appropriate level of product quality, organization of production and certification in accordance with international quality standards; expansion of production links between subjects of publishing & poligraphic complex as well as connections within a wider structure in order to increase the efficiency of activities; raising the level of innovation activity of enterprises on the basis of production upgrade. The main strategic task at planning and implementation of development projects of Folio Publishing Ltd. is formulated - the formation of financial flows management system of the enterprise. It is determined that the mechanism of financial flows management of Folio Publishing Ltd. is a set of elements that determine the economic and organizational component and allow to implement the processes of formation, movement, effective management of financial flows in order to achieve the effectiveness of implementation of enterprise development projects. The content of the main stages of the financial flows management process is disclosed on the example of Folio Publishing Ltd.: 1) analysis of financial flows management efficiency; 2) planning of sources, volumes of formation and direction of movement of financial flows of the enterprise; 3) forecasting financial flows of the enterprise for a long period.
