РОЗВИТОК ТУРИСТИЧНОЇ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ КРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЇ ТУРИЗМУ
Анотація
Уточнено сутність та обґрунтовано значущість туристичної інфраструктури країни. Встановлено, що під туристичною інфраструктурою потрібно розуміти сукупність різних технічних та організаційно-господарських об’єктів, які забезпечують безперебійне функціонування туристичної галузі. Визначено, що розвиток туристичної інфраструктури потрібно розглядати з точки зору наступних підходів: встановлення і досягнення нових цілей; еволюція, ускладнення системи; адаптація до умов і вимог, що змінюються; розв’язання проблем і протиріч, що виникають всередині системи чи у її взаємодії із зовнішнім простором. Визначено, що держава має сфокусуватись на розвитку туристичної інфраструктури як основі туристичної індустрії та включення України у глобальний туристичний простір. Сформульовано прояви глобалізації туризму та міжнародні фактори, імперативі і драйвери, що впливають на розвиток такої інфраструктури. Визначено принципи, підходи і напрями розвитку туристичної інфраструктури з урахування умов глобалізації.

DEVELOPMENT OF TOURIST INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE COUNTRY IN THE CONDITIONS OF TOURISM GLOBALIZATION
Summary
The essence and the importance of the country's tourism infrastructure have been clarified. It is established that under the tourist infrastructure it is necessary to understand the totality of various technical and organizational and economic objects that ensure the smooth functioning of the tourism industry. The development of tourism infrastructure should be considered in terms of the following approaches to its understanding: the establishment and achievement of new goals; evolution, complexity of the system; adaptation to changing conditions and requirements; solving problems and contradictions that arise inside the system or in its interaction with the outer space. It is determined that the state should focus on the development of tourism infrastructure as the basis of the tourism industry and the inclusion of Ukraine in the global tourist area. The principles of development of tourist infrastructure should be: technological and cultural progressiveness; complexity and algorithmic closure of elements; association and coordination of state and business efforts, development of public-private partnership; a combination of stimulating market influence and the leading role of the state; taking into account regional specifics; support for structural flexibility and balance; creation of conditions for innovative activity and flexibility; improving the quality of functional integration of all elements (blocks, subsystems) of tourist infrastructure. The main directions of development of national tourism infrastructure in the conditions of globalization are: formation and development of tourist clusters; support of small and medium business in the tourism sector; stimulating innovation in the field of tourism; support the development of individual tourist zones (territories) within the country, while preserving their specificity. The manifestations of the globalization of tourism and international factors, imperatives and drivers affecting the development of such infrastructure are formulated. The principles, approaches and directions of the development of the tourist infrastructure are determined taking into account the conditions of globalization.
