ОСОБЛИВОСТІ МОДЕЛЕЙ ЦІНОУТВОРЕННЯ В ПАРАДИГМІ ХМАРНИХ ОБЧИСЛЕНЬ

Анотація

Досліджено сутність, наукові й теоретико-методологічні засади моделей ціноутворення парадигми хмарних обчислень. Визначено фактори впливу на розрахунок ціни хмарних послуг, визначено показники вартості для різних рівнів хмари (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Запропоновано классифікацію бізнес-моделей хмарних провайдерів, в розрізі трьох виділених елементів (модель оплати, модель ціноутворення та угода про рівень обслуговування SLA). Було обгрунтовано використання для визначення цін на хмарні сервіси фінансово-ресурсної моделі. Проведено аналіз моделей ціноутворення провідних хмарних провайдерів. На основі проведеного дослідження, запропоновано низку рекомендацій, спрямованих на удосконалення формування цінових стратегій хмарних провайдерів.

FEATURES OF THE PRICING MODELS IN PARADIGM CLOUD COMPUTING

Summary

Over the past few years, the cloud computing paradigm has come into force and has become popular in the field of information technology. Many organizations have begun to introduce cloud technologies in order to reduce costs by improving resource virtualization, reducing administration time and reducing infrastructure costs. As practice in the world shows, cloud technologies are efficient and reliable enough even to provide services by government agencies of most developed countries of the world. A similar trend is observed in all EU countries, where the use of cloud computing has become the de facto standard in many areas of socio-economic relations. The cloud computing paradigm is an integral part of the new industrial revolution and has the potential that a technological leap in the qualitatively new state of the domestic IT industry can provide, which is very important for the Ukrainian economy. The article examines the essence, scientific-theoretical and methodological principles of pricing models of cloud computing paradigms. The factors influencing the pricing of cloud services are determined, the cost indicators for different levels of the cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) are defined. A classification of cloud business models is proposed from the point of view of three different elements (payment model, pricing model and SLA service level agreement). It is proposed to use to determine the price of cloud services financial-resource model.
Pricing models were analyzed for leading cloud computing vendors, which showed that most cloud computing pricing models focused on service providers and aimed at increasing the revenue of service providers and reducing its costs. The main pricing models contain end-user attributes, such as user satisfaction, QoS, user service, etc. On the basis of the research, a number of recommendations were proposed aimed at improving pricing strategies for cloud providers.
