БАЛЬНЕОЛОГІЧНІ КУРОРТИ ХМЕЛЬНИЦЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ ЯК БАЗА ДЛЯ РОЗВИТКУ ЕКОНОМІКИ РЕГІОНУ

Анотація

Сьогодні особливо зростає значення регіональної туристичної політики. Регіональними стратегіями розвитку областей Західного регіону, куди входить і Хмельницька обл., до 2020 року визнано рекреацію і туризм як пріоритетні складові соціально-економічного розвитку регіону. Особливо важливим є те, що рекреаційно-туристичний потенціал виступає достатньо активним чинником розвитку відпочинку, а також спричиняє додатковий стимулюючий вплив на розвиток транспорту і технологій, інфраструктури, сфери послуг, будівельної індустрії та інших сфер економіки. В Хмельницькій обл. основу природного потенціалу складають тектонічні ресурси, бальнеологічні ресурси, рекреаційні ландшафти, оздоровчі ресурси, природно-заповідні об’єкти та території історико-культурного призначення. В даній статті досліджено курорти Хмельницької обл. на базі бальнеологічних ресурсів, а саме на базі мінеральних вод краю.

BALNEOLOGICAL RESORTS OF KHMELNYTSKA REGION AS BASIS FOR ECONOMICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION

Summary

Tourism has become a feature of modern lifestyle, an important element of the global economy and an influential factor in international integration processes. Tourist industry nowadays has become a leading industry, the profitability of which almost equal to the leading motor car industry, energy production and high-tech sector. In many countries of the world tourism industry is powerful, and often the only taxpayer provides foreign exchange earnings in the national economy, positively affects on the investment climate and external image of the country. Today especially grows the importance of regional tourism policy. Regional development strategies areas of the Western Region to 2020, in which Khmelnytska region is included, recognized recreation and tourism as priority components of socio-economic development. It is particularly important that the recreational-tourism potential acts quite an active factor in the development area, and causes additional stimulating effect on transport and technology, infrastructure, services, construction industry and other sectors of the economy.
The most important prerequisite of recreational activities are the recreational resources. Under recreational resources understand objects, phenomena and processes of natural, human and social origin that are or may be used for the development of recreation and affecting the territorial organization of recreational activities, specialization and cost efficiency. The many facets of the term «recreational resources» is defined by a variety of approaches to their classification. Lyubitseva O. O. offers to allocate six basic approaches: essential approach; functional approach (for the uniqueness of the natural environment and recreational resources, combined with the complexity of their use); activity approach; attractive approach; value-based approach; environmental and economic approach.
In the Khmelnitska region the foundation of natural potential contents tectonic resources, recreational landscapes, balneological resources, recreational resources, natural protected areas and areas of historical and cultural significance. In this article the resorts of Khmelnytska region on the basis of balneological resources, specifically on the basis of mineral waters of the region are investigated.
