ПРОБЛЕМА САМОВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ЛЮДИНИ ТА ПОГЛИБЛЕННЯ ЇЇ КОМПЕТЕНЦІЙ В УМОВАХ ІНКЛЮЗИВНОГО РОЗВИТКУ СВІТОВОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА: ЗВ’ЯЗОК З ГЛОБАЛЬНИМИ ПРОБЛЕМАМИ ЛЮДСТВА
Анотація
В статті проаналізовано на засадах міждисциплінарного підходу проблему самовизначення людини в умовах інклюзивного розвитку світового господарства. Виходячи з нових викликів, що постають перед людиною в умовах роботизації процесу виробництва товарів і послуг, проведено ревізію ролі людини у вирішенні глобальних проблем людства і встановлено її домінантну місію як носія унікальних гнучких компетенцій на відміну від носіїв стандартизованого штучного інтелекту. Соціологічний, психологічний та професіологічний підходи до аналізу проблеми самовизначення дозволяють виокремити потенціал людини в досягненні інклюзивного розвитку за рахунок якісних перетворень в характері її діяльності. Проведений аналіз глобальних проблем людства крізь призму проблеми самовизначення дозволив стверджувати, що самоусвідомлення людиною самої себе як учасника світових процесів є однією з основних глобальних проблем людства, оскільки саме через поведінку людей ці проблеми з’являються і розвиваються. Тому і вирішення цих проблем слід шукати, насамперед, в причині їх появи – в індивіді, в проблемі особистого вибору і самовизначення.

THE PROBLEM OF HUMAN’S SELF-DETERMINATION AND DEEPENING OF HIS COMPETENCIES IN THE CONDITIONS OF INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE GLOBAL ECONOMY: THE RELATIONSHIP WITH GLOBAL PROBLEMS OF THE HUMANITY
Summary
The problem of human’s self-determination in the conditions of inclusive development of the global economy is analyzed in the article from the perspective of interdisciplinary approach. A revision of the human’s role in solving global problems of the humanity is made in view of new challenges faced by a human in the conditions of robotization of the processes involved in production of goods and services; a dominant mission of a human as a carrier of unique flexible competencies, in contrast to carriers of the standardized artificial intellect, is defined. Sociological, psychological and professiological approaches to the analysis of self-determination problems allow for identifying the human’s potential in achieving the inclusive development by way of radical transformations in the character of his activities. From the analysis of humanity’s problems, performed through the prism of the self-determination problem, it can be argued that the human’s self-realization as an actor of global processes is a central global problem of the humanity, because these problems occur and develop only through the human’s behavior. It follows that solutions for these problems should be sought mainly in the reason of their occurrence, that is, in an individual, in the problem of personal choice and self-determination.
