ПРОБЛЕМА ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ПРОДУКТИВНОСТІ ПРАЦІ ЛЮДИНИ ТА РОЗВИТКУ ЇЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЕЙ В УМОВАХ РОБОТИЗАЦІЇ СФЕР ВИРОБНИЦТВА ТА ПОСЛУГ
Анотація
В статті запропоновано розглянуто проблему підвищення продуктивності праці людини та розвитку її кмоипетентностей в умовах роботизації сфер виробництва і послуг. Наведено авторський перелік компетентностей людини, які формуватимуть її конкурентоспроможність. Визначено ризики роботизації залежно від сектору економіки. Встановлено причини і потенційні наслідки технологічного безробіття. Доведено, що переваги від технологічного прогресу будуть розподілятись нерівномірно. Висунуто гіпотезу, згідно з якою в разі, якщо професії, що знаходяться під ризиком знищення, призведуть до їхнього заміщення, мільйони працівників значним чином муситимуть змінити свої життєві звички і зіштовхнуться з викликами і змінами в стандарті життя. Збільшуватиметься клас «бідних багатих», що позначиться на формуванні правих настроїв у суспільстві. В час, коли образи продаються дорожче, ніж товари, а експорт образу життя призводить до нео-колонізації суспільств, розвиненим країнам, що претендують на статус наддержав, прийдеться збільшити витрати на інформаційне просування цифрових технологій всьому світу і навіть в ті країни, цивілізаційний розвиток яких не робить на них запит. Бідні країни отримуватимуть доступ до кредитних ліній взамін на купівлю технологій. Пастка роботизації зачепить більшість галузей економіки, а продуценти нових технологій отримають шанс жити на ренту. Отже світ рухатиметься в бік цифрової уніфікації, але конкурентоспроможність людини визначатиметься гнучкістю її компетентностей, що уможливлять підвищення продуктивності її праці.

THE PROBLEM OF HUMAN’S LABOR PRODUCTIVITY ENHANCEMENT AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF HIS COMPETENCIES IN THE CONDITIONS OF ROBOTIZATION IN PRODUCTION AND SERVICE SECTORS
Summary
The problem of human’s labor productivity enhancement and the development of his competencies in the conditions of robotization in production and service sectors is analyzed. The author’s list of human’s competencies that are supposed to form his competitiveness is given. The risks of robotization are outlined by economic sector. The reasons and potential consequences of technological unemployment are identified. It is demonstrated the advantages from technological progress will be distributed unevenly. The hypothesis is put forward that if the professions exposed to the risk of destruction are substituted, millions of workers will be forced to radically change their life habits and will face the challenges and changes in the life standards. The social class of “the rich poor” will be growing, implying the rise of rightist moods in the society. In times when images can be sold for higher price than goods, and exports of life styles cause neo-colonization of societies, developed countries claiming for the status of superpowers will be forced to increase the spending for information-based promotion of digital technologies across the globe, even to the countries where the cultural pattern does not articulate a demand for them. Poor countries will get access to credit lines in exchange for technology acquisitions. The trap of robotization will affect a major part of economic sectors, and producers of new technologies will have a good chance to rely on rent. Therefore, the world will be moving towards digital unification, but the human’s competitiveness will be determined by the flexibility of his competencies that will enable for enhancing productivity of his labor.
