КРАУДФАНДИНГ ЯК ІННОВАЦІЙНЕ ДЖЕРЕЛО ФІНАНСУВАННЯ В УКРАЇНІ

Анотація

В сучасних умовах розвитку стартапів як прогресивної форми інноваційного підприємництва в Україні відчувається гостра потреба в новітніх методах акумуляції капіталу. З урахуванням ефективного закордонного досвіду одним із таких методів виступає краудфандинг. У статті досліджено сутність краудфандингу. Наведено сучасні краудфандингові платформи такі як Kickstarter, SmartAngels, MyMicrolnvest, Crowd, які допомагають у фінансуванні багатьох проектів по всьому світу. Наголошено на тому, що і до сьогодні відсутня чітка класифікація краудфандингу, тому згруповано підходи різних авторів та компаній щодо визначення видів краудфандингу. Згруповано джерела фінансування для українських стартапів та проранжовано їх за ступенем доступності, де другу позицію посідає краудлендинг та краудфандинг, що заснований на винагороді. Окреслено ряд проблем, що існують на шляху створення умов для поширення та імплементації краудфандингу в Україні. Запропоновано основні етапи для поширення краудфандингу в Україні.

CROUDFUNDING AS AN INNOVATIVE SOURCES OF FINANCING IN UKRAINE

Summary

In nowadays conditions of economic development of Ukraine, the launching of a new project with increased risks requires a balanced approach, the development of certain rules to ensure effective implementation. Considering the realities of development of small business it is suggested to account startup as innovative project of a special type. Exploded the essence of a startup, given examples of successful foreign startups. Adduced basic outstanding characteristics of a startup and features of the interaction of its key components. Models of financing startups. Determined ways to attract investments and investors for operating startups. Defined stages of development of a startup and their characteristics. In modern conditions development of startups as a progressive form of innovation entrepreneurship in Ukraine there is an urgent need for the latest methods of capital accumulation. Crowdfunding is one of the methods of effective foreign experience. The article explores its essence. The modern сrowdfunding platforms such as Kickstarter, SmartAngels, MyMicrolnvest, Crowd, which help to financing a lot projects around the world. Today still emphasizes the lack of a clear classification of crowdfunding and therefore grouped approaches different authors and companies to identify species. Considering crowdfunding as a source of financing for startups, it is important to point out that what exactly this type of financing could solve the existing problems and reveal new possibilities to finance strategically important projects. But, in order for the innovative financing method to be effective in existing demand on financial resources it is important to choose exactly the kind of crowdfunding, which is most appropriate for a particular country and its economic conditions. Funding sources for Ukrainian startups are grouped and they are punctuated by degree of accessibility, where is the second position is lending-based and reward-based сrowdfunding. A number of problems are outlined which exist on the way creation of conditions for the dissemination and implementation of crowdfunding in Ukraine. Proposed the main stages for distribution of crowdfunding in Ukraine.
