КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНІСТЬ УКРАЇНСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ЦЕЛЮЛОЗНО-ПАПЕРОВОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ В УМОВАХ ІНДУСТРІЇ 4.0
Анотація
Статтю присвячено проблемам підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних підприємств целюлозно-паперової промисловості. Досліджено тенденції розвитку ринку целюлозно-промислової промисловості та виділено чинники, що впливають на її розвиток. Ідентифіковано основні фактори, які знижують рівень конкурентоспроможності підприємств целюлозно-паперової промисловості, а саме: висока матеріалоємність та енергоємність виробництва, обмеженість сировинного ринку, застарілі технології та зношені основні засоби тощо. Визначено особливості розвитку підприємств даної галузі в умовах промислової революції Індустрія 4.0. Запропоновано шляхи підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності українських підприємств целюлозно-промислової промисловості з врахуванням запитів зовнішнього ринку, до яких віднесено: модернізація виробництва, застосування smart-технологій, виробництво продукції з високим попитом (волоконні напівфабрикати для виробництва картонно-паперової продукції на основі використання однорічних рослин, друкарські види паперу, перфорований папір для формулярів, офісний папір для розмножувальної техніки, мішковий папір), створення сприятливих умов для залучення інвестицій, сприяння розвитку вітчизняної сировинної бази, створення умов для проведення інноваційно-технологічної модернізації виробництва, реалізація енергозберігаючої моделі розвитку тощо.

COMPETITIVENESS OF UKRAINIAN ENTERPRISES OF PULP AND PAPER INDUSTRY IN CONDITIONS OF INDUSTRY 4.0
Summary
The article is devoted to problems of increasing the competitiveness of domestic enterprises of pulp and paper industry. The tendencies of development of the market of pulp-and-industrial industry are investigated and factors influencing its development are highlighted. The revival of activity of pulp and paper industry enterprises in the current year is revealed. The main factors that reduce the competitiveness of pulp and paper industry enterprises are identified, namely: high material and energy intensity of production, limited raw materials market, outdated technologies and worn assets, etc. The peculiarities of development of the enterprises of this branch in the conditions of Industry 4.0 are determined. Found that the enterprises of the pulp and paper industry have recently been engaged in innovative activities. It is proved that the leader among the domestic manufacturers of the pulp and paper industry is PJSC “Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill”. It is one of the largest European companies in the production of cardboard and paper products. Now it is actively implementing investment projects for modernization of production. More than 40% of new orders for the production of paper and paper products in 2018 accounted for the volume of foreign orders. This branch occupies the seventh place among other industries of Ukraine by this indicator. The introduction of resource saving technologies is proposed through the introduction of technologies related to the use of natural resources, for example, with the processing of straw. The ways of raising the level of competitiveness of Ukrainian pulp and paper industry enterprises with the consideration of external market demands are as follows: modernization of production, application of smart technologies, production of high demand products (fiber products for the production of cardboard and paper products based on the use of annual plants, printing types of paper, perforated paper for forms, office paper for multiplying techniques, bag paper), creating favorable conditions for the hall the doctrine of investments, promotion of the development of the domestic raw material base, creation of conditions for innovation and technological modernization of production, implementation of an energy-saving model of development, etc.
