КОРПОРАТИВНИЙ ПОТЕНЦІАЛ В ПРОЦЕСІ ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЇ НАУКОВИХ ДОСЛІДЖЕНЬ ТА ІННОВАЦІЙ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу процесу глобалізації в сфері наукових досліджень та інновацій, зокрема ідентифікації потенціалу корпоративних структур в даному процесі. Визначені еволюційні етапи розвитку глобалізації наукових досліджень та інновацій за участю транснаціональних корпорацій та їх ключові особливості. Досліджено нову парадигму транснаціональної інноваційної діяльності, яка панує зараз й суттєво відрізняється від традиційної парадигми інтернаціоналізації наукових досліджень та інновацій. Також розглядається мотиваційна природа та зміна в управлінні інноваційною діяльністю в рамках транснаціональних корпораціях в сучасних умовах. Зроблено висновки щодо важливості та необхідності розвитку інноваційності господарської діяльності корпоративної структури як одного із чинників забезпечення лідерських позицій в глобальному бізнес середовищі в сучасних умовах розвитку.

CORPORATES’ POTENTIAL IN TNE GLOBALIZATION OF R&D
Summary
The article is devoted to the analysis of the globalization process in the field of scientific research and innovation, in particular the identification of the potential of corporate structures in this process. The evolutionary stages of the globalization of research and innovation with the participation of transnational corporations and their key features are determined. The new paradigm of transnational innovation activity, which prevails now and significantly differs from the traditional paradigm of internationalization of scientific research and innovations, is explored. It was discovered that new forms of carrying out research activities with the participation of producers, consumers, as well as universities and research institutes. On the basis of the results of the analysis showed that the choice of top management of the strategy of internationalization of the research and innovation activity depends on the country of origin of the TNCs, industry specialization and such specific features as corporate, managerial and organizational practices. In this context, four groups of TNCs were identified. Also the motive nature and recent changes in the management of innovation in transnational corporations are explored. So it can be concluded that the presence of qualitative factors and dynamic interconnections (in contrast to the static factor of expenditure) increasingly determine the choice of transnational structures for their scientific and innovative activities. Also the factors determining the degree of globalization of scientific and innovative activities, carrying out by corporate structures are disclosed in the present article. Regarding the changes that have taken place in the management of innovative activities of corporations, it can be stated that in recent years, top management of companies strives to achieve a more consistent combination of global specialization and balanced "re-centralization". Conclusions regarding the importance and necessity of the development of innovation of the economic activity of the corporate structure as one of the factors of maintenance of leadership positions in the global business environment in modern conditions of development are made.
