СУТНІСТЬ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО КАПІТАЛУ ТА ЙОГО МІСЦЕ В СТРУКТУРІ ЧИННИКІВ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ПЕРЕРОБНОЇ ГАЛУЗІ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У статті досліджено зміст інтелектуального капіталу промислових підприємств та розкрито його специфіку. Відмічено підходи до трактування інтелектуального капіталу та сформовано авторське визначення даній економічній категорії. Розглянуто та виділено структурні елементи інтелектуального капіталу індивіда та підприємства загалом, на основі яких можна проводити дослідження його розвитку. Відмічено, що структура інтелектуального капіталу переробного підприємства складається з структурного капіталу, людського капіталу і капіталу відносин. Досліджено рівень розвитку інтелектуального капіталу промислових підприємств України у динаміці, а також, відмічено гальмуючі фактор інноваційного розвитку та визначено шляхи їх подолання та нівелювання. Запропоновано комплекс першочергових завдань для підприємств переробної сфери діяльності за для пришвидшення процесу інтелектуалізації та розвитку інтелектуального капіталу.

THE SATISFACTION OF THE INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL AND ITS PLACE IN THE RETAIL SECTOR OF UKRAINE
Summary
The purpose of the article is to study the economic category of intellectual capital and determine the level of development of intellectual capital in the processing industry of Ukraine. In the course of the research, it was noted that there is no single definition of the category of intellectual capital, five approaches are considered by which intellectual capital is treated. On the basis of all approaches an author's definition of intellectual capital is formed. The influence of intellectual capital on industrial enterprises was investigated, necessity of its development was noted. The research of dynamics of innovative-active enterprises was carried out and the inhibiting factors of development of intellectual capital were noted. This study made it possible to consider in detail the economic category of intellectual capital and to note the problems of its development in accordance with the Ukrainian processing industry. Today, the process of enriching the intellectual capital of processing enterprises with the latest knowledge and their implementation in new products and more advanced processes will create the preconditions for the formation of a modern, competitive sector of the national economy, both in the domestic and foreign markets. Because of the rapid technological changes and high competition the main resource for increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise becomes a transformation economically significant knowledge of the enterprise in the intellectual resources that can be capitalized. Transforming Intellectual Resources into Intellectual Capital and effective management of it as a set of available intellectual resources allow to intensify the processes of production, distribution and use of knowledge within an enterprise that gives impetus to innovation. Therefore, there is a problem of development methodological and applied principles of intellectual capital as strategically important an asset that allows the company to significantly increase its value and, as a consequence, strengthen their competitive advantage. To solve this problem a complex of purposeful actions was developed, which was formed from a phased plan aimed at the intellectualization of processing enterprises and increase their intellectual capital.
