ІНТЕГРАЛЬНЕ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ФІНАНСОВОГО СТАНУ ЛІСОПРОМИСЛОВОГО КОМПЛЕКСУ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ЙОГО СТРАТЕГІЧНОЇ РОЗБАЛАНСОВАНОСТІ
Анотація
У статті узагальнено проблеми функціонування і розвитку лісопромислового комплексу України. За результатами термінологічного аналізу доведено, що суть категорії «лісопромисловий комплекс» проявляється через об'єкт його діяльності - деревину, через види діяльності, які супроводжують просування деревини та її споживчих форм в каналі відновлення-виробництва-споживання, через виникнення об'єднань, формування сукупностей, як на функціонально-територіальному, так і на об'єктивно-суб'єктивному рівнях. Досліджено показники обсягів від реалізації продукції, імпорту і експорту 25 лідерів державного сектора лісопромислового комплексу України, в результаті чого доведена їх експортна орієнтація. Проведено аналіз динаміки показників ліквідності, платоспроможності, дохідності і ділової активності лісопромислового комплексу України, в результаті чого підтверджено погіршення всіх показників з 2015 р. Побудовано інтегральний показник фінансового стану лісопромислового комплексу України за період 2013-2017 рр., його значення стрімко зростало до 2015 р., після чого знизилося до 2017 р . і досягло значення 2014 р.

INTEGRAL ESTIMATION OF THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF THE FORESTRY COMPLEX OF UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF ITS STRATEGIC DISBALANCE
Summary
The article summarizes the problems of the functioning and development of the timber industry complex of Ukraine, which include the following: there is no forest inventory procedure in Ukraine, there is no reliable database of the forest complex, there is an unreasonable loss and illegal logging, which is not statistically taken into account in key indicators, the creation of new forests, there is a shortage of allotted land for new plantations, there is under-funding of the industry, the extent of forest management is reduced cultural companies, the pace of standardization (FSC) is not enough, there are violations of labor safety and environmental impact, the presence of significant moral and physical depreciation of fixed assets, excessive tax and administrative burden, the impact of the negative effects of the crisis in the country, reducing the profitability of enterprises. According to the results of terminological analysis, it is proved that the essence of the category “timber industry complex” manifests itself through the object of its activity - wood, through activities that accompany the promotion of wood and its consumer forms in the recovery-production-consumption channel, through the emergence of associations, the formation of aggregates as functionally -territorial and at the objective-subjective levels. The indicators of volumes from sales of products, imports and exports of 25 leaders of the public sector of the timber industry complex of Ukraine were investigated, as a result of which their export orientation was proved. The analysis of the dynamics of liquidity indicators, financial stability, profitability and business activity of the timber industry complex of Ukraine was carried out, resulting in the deterioration of all indicators from 2015. The integral indicator of the financial status of the timber industry complex of Ukraine for the period 2013-2017 was built, the value of which rapidly grew to 2015 , after which it decreased to 2017 and reached the value of 2014.
