СУЧАСНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО МЕХАНІЗМУ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ЖИТЛОВОГО БУДІВНИЦТВА
Анотація
Розглянуто сучасні підходи до визначення організаційно-економічного механізму та інноваційного розвитку, їх відмінності в поглядах науковців. Запропоновано власне визначення «організаційно-економічного механізму» як цілеспрямованої та керованої системи певних організаційних та управлінських дій, яка поєднана економічними та інноваційними методами і управлінськими рішеннями для прогресивного та конкурентоспроможного розвитку функціонування підприємницької діяльності. Інноваційний розвиток визначається як певні дії або процес, спрямований на удосконалення системи, переведення її з одного стану в інший, більш досконалий. Запропоновано авторське визначення організаційно-економічного механізму інноваційного розвитку житлового будівництва як керованої і цілеспрямованої системи соціальних, економічних, адміністративних і організаційних засобів управління з залученням унікальних знань, новітніх технологій і підходів у вирішенні проблемних питань і ідей для удосконалення і поліпшення об’єктів житлового будівництва і забезпечення їх найбільш раціонального і ефективного функціонування.

MODERN APPROACHES TO THE DEFINITION OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF HOUSING CONSTRUCTION
Summary
Modern approaches to the definition of organizational and economic mechanism and innovation development are considered and analyzed. Different views of scholars on these interpretations were investigated. During these studies, some significant differences and similarities in the views of scholars on this topic were identified. On the basis of these studies, certain differences in approaches to the definition of the essence of such interpretations as "organizational and economic mechanism" and "innovative development" were revealed. Based on these studies, it was decided to propose the proper definition of "organizational and economic mechanism" as a purposeful and managed system of certain organizational and managerial actions, which is combined with economic, innovative methods and managerial decisions for the progressive and competitive development of business activity. During the research, it was discovered that many scientists identify the concept of "innovation" with the "innovation" in the field of modern technology, arguing that in certain uses of some technological innovations or the use of objects or technologies that were created through innovation and the development of science, this is the result of the innovative development of mankind. On this basis, it is necessary to consider innovations as a certain social phenomenon that affects society, the development of science and technology. On the basis of these studies, the actual definition of "innovation development" - as a certain action or process aimed at improving a certain system on the irreversible change from one state to the other, in a more advanced and innovative way, with the involvement of unique knowledge, advanced technologies and approaches to solving problem issues. The author's definition of organizational and economic mechanism of innovative development of housing construction as a managed and purposeful system of social, economic, administrative and organizational means of management with the assistance of unique knowledge, new technologies and approaches in solving problem issues and ideas for improvement and improvement of housing construction and ensuring their most efficient and efficient functioning.
