АНАЛІЗ СУЧАСНОГО СТАНУ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ РОЗДРІБНОГО ТОВАРООБОРОТУ В УКРАЇНІ

Анотація

У статті розглядаються основні особливості сучасного стану українського роздрібного товарообороту та його перспективи, обґрунтовано роль роздрібної торгівлі у сталому розвитку національної економіки, здійснено їх опис та визначено причини актуальності даної теми на сьогоднішній день. Адже торгівля є важливим елементом системи руху товару і займаючи проміжне положення між соціальною і виробничою сферою, здійснює збут товарів і продуктів кінцевим споживачам. На основі аналізу статистичних даних Державної служби статистики України проаналізовано різні показники, які свідчать про розвиток галузі торгівлі та описані інноваційні методи розвитку роздрібної торгівлі, а також запропоновано розробити Стратегію розвитку внутрішньої торгівлі на наступні п’ять років. Роздрібна торгівля постійно набирає обертів, за рахунок того, що шлях від вкладання грошей в діяльність до отримання прибутку дуже короткий.
Наведені таблиці та графіки з важливими для роздрібної торгівлі показниками, таким як: частка торгівлі у валовому внутрішньому продукту (у фактичних цінах) за період 2015 – 2017 рр., оптовий та роздрібний товарооборот у розрізі продовольчих та непродовольчих товарів, структура товарообороту в Україні за 2007-2017 рр., оборот роздрібної торгівлі за січень-грудень 2017 р., регіональні особливості обороту роздрібної торгівлі за період січнь–листопад 2018 року, структура роздрібного товарообороту підприємств за видами економічної діяльності (клас за КВЕД) у 2017 році. Крім того в статті наведено чотири основні позиції, щодо пріоритетних напрямків розвитку роздрібної торгівлі в світі, та запропоновано перелік пунктів, які повинні бути у розробленій Стратегії розвитку внутрішньої торгівлі. В результаті визначено, що для пожвавлення комерційної діяльності необхідно впровадження інновацій, застосування оновлених інструментів взаємодії, консолідації, інтеграції та автоматизації, що дозволить підвищити ефективність ведення роздрібного бізнесу як на сьогоднішній день, так і в майбутньому. Держава, в свою чергу, повинна стимулювати розвиток роздрібної торгівлі шляхом державної підтримки, покращення інвестиційного клімату в галузі, сприяти поліпшенню розвитку споживчого попиту населення.

ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS OF RETAIL INCOME DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

Summary

The article considers the main features of the current state of Ukrainian retail commodity circulation and its perspectives, rationalizes the role of retail trade in the sustainable development of the national economy, describes them and determines the reasons for the relevance of this topic to date. After all, trade is an important element of the system of movement of goods and occupying an intermediate position between the social and productive spheres, marketing goods and products to end users. Based on the analysis of statistical data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, various indicators have been analyzed that show the development of the trade sector and described the innovative methods of retail trade development, and also it is proposed to develop a Strategy for the development of domestic trade for the next five years. Retail trade is constantly gaining momentum, due to the fact that the way from investing money in activities before receiving a profit is very short.
The following tables and graphs with important indicators for retail trade are presented, such as: the share of trade in gross domestic product (in actual prices) for the period from 2015 to 2017, wholesale and retail trade turnover in terms of food and non-food products, the structure of commodity turnover in Ukraine for 2007 -2017, retail turnover for January-December 2017, regional peculiarities of retail trade turnover for the period January-November 2018, structure of retail turnover of enterprises by types of economic activity (class by K ED) in 2017. In addition, the article presents four main points concerning the priority directions of retail trade development in the world, and the list of items that should be in the developed Strategy of the development of domestic trade is proposed. As a result, it is determined that for the revival of commercial activity it is necessary to introduce innovations, use of upgraded tools of interaction, consolidation, integration and automation, which will increase the efficiency of retail business, both today and in the future. The state, in its turn, should stimulate the development of retail trade through state support, improve the investment climate in the industry, and help improve the development of consumer demand.
