СУЧАСНІ ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ РОЗВИТКУ ВИРОБНИЦТВА СВИНИНИ В УКРАЇНІ ТА СВІТІ

Анотація

Статтю присвячено дослідженню науково-теоретичних та практичних аспектів щодо розвитку ринку свинини в Україні та світі. На основі дослідження динаміки виробництва споживання та балансів м’яса свиней на національному та глобальному рівні встановлено, що і в світовому і в національному масштабі попит на даний продукт харчування постійно зростає. Визначено основні технологічні напрями виробництва, які покладені в основу функціонування підприємств країн-лідерів на ринку свинини. Обґрунтовано стратегічні напрями розвитку свинарства в контексті підвищення ефективності їх функціонування та екологічної безпеки в сучасних умовах. Наголошено на альтернативному діючому кредитуванні та страхуванні такої діяльності. Зокрема, запропоновано розробити програму пільгового кредитування та створити «лояльні» умови для імпорту необхідного устаткування для безпосереднього використання його на підприємствах, які займаються виробництвом свинини (в обмежених обґрунтованих обсягах, із контрольним занесенням до спеціально створеного реєстру «не для перепродажу»). В контексті досить частих випадків АЧС на території України запропоновано удосконалити систему державного та приватного страхування від випадків епізоотії.

MODERN DEVELOPMENT TRENDS IN UKRAINIAN AND GLOBAL PIG MEAT PRODUCTION

Summary

The paper is devoted to research of scientific-theoretical and practical aspects concerning the pork market development in Ukraine and in the world. On the basis of the study of the pig meat consumption s and balances in dynamic at the national and global levels, it has been established that the demand for this food product is constantly increasing as in the world so in nationally. It was found that the fact of reducing the volume of the pig breeding and meat product production had a negative effect on the composition of the grocery basket of ordinary Ukrainians. By the level of consumption of food energy Ukraine is almost not behind the leading European countries, but the level of consumption of animal protein is significantly lower. For example, the number of pig meat consumed per person per year is 3,6 times smaller than in Denmark.
On the basis of the analysis of Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations data, it was established that the world volume of pork production in 2017 increased in comparison with the previous year (by 1 million tons) and amounted to 119.9 million tons. The world leader in the number of pigs and volumes of pork production is still China, although pork production in this country decreased by 3.1 million tons compared to 2015. In first five global producers of pig meat are: China (54.5 million tons), The USA (11,6 million tons), Germany (5,5 million tons), Spain (4,3 million tons), Brazil (3,8 million tons (t) and Vietnam (3.7 million tons).
The basic technological directions of production, which are the basis for the enterprises of countries-leaders functioning on the global pork market, are determined. The strategic directions of development of pig breeding in the context of increasing the efficiency of their functioning and ecological safety in the modern conditions are substantiated. It is emphasized on alternative now acting lending and insurance of such activities. In particular, it is proposed to develop a program of preferential crediting and create "loyal" conditions for import of the necessary equipment for its direct use at enterprises engaged in the production of pork (in limited substantiated volumes, with a controlled entry in a specially created register "not for resale"). In the context of quite frequent cases of African Swine Fever Virus in Ukraine, it is proposed to improve the system of state and private insurance against cases of epizootics.
