ШЛЯХИ ОПТИМІЗАЦІЇ СИСТЕМИ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Анотація

У статті розглянуто проблему формування сучасної системи менеджменту підприємства, яка б надавала можливість виходу організації на новий рівень розвитку, та передбачала б модернізацію організаційної структури управління з урахуванням змін оточуючого середовища. Узагальнені основні підходи щодо сучасного стану, закономірностей розвитку, проблем існування та функціонування системи менеджменту підприємства. Особливу увагу приділено висвітленню практичного досвіду застосування управлінського аналізу діяльності підприємств в процесі поетапної розробки систем менеджменту підприємством. Розглядаються основні підходи до визначення економічних категорій “ефективність системи менеджменту” та “результативність роботи системи менеджменту”, на основі їхнього розмежування та характеристики. Висвітлюється мета менеджменту організації, в контексті сучасного рівня розвитку ринкових відносин в Україні. Наголошується на важливості оцінювання продуктивності системи менеджменту з врахуванням критеріїв ефективності роботи всіх підсистем підприємства: економічної, організаційної та соціальної. В ході проведеного дослідження узагальнюються основні проблеми забезпечення ефективності менеджменту на вітчизняних підприємствах з урахуванням сучасних умов господарювання. У відповідності до виявлених проблем запропоновані основні методи оптимізації системи менеджменту вітчизняних підприємств за умов нестабільної економіки та складної соціальної ситуації в країні. Розглянуто сутність системи менеджменту та визначальні принципи її функціонування, основний наголос при цьому робиться на їх фундаментальній складовій в діяльності всіх без винятку соціально – економічних об’єктів і підсистем підприємства. Охарактеризовано основні системи менеджменту які дозволяють підприємству реалізовувати власну місію на ринку, утримувати визначенні позиції та певний рівень конкурентоспроможності. При розгляді визначальних напрямків оптимізації системи менеджменту підприємства, основний акцент робиться на конкурентоспроможності та компетентності комерційної діяльності, адаптованості організації до мінливих умов зовнішнього оточення та своєчасного ухвалення відповідних управлінських рішень, господарюючим суб’єктом. За результатом досліджень окресленні головні напрямки оптимізації системи менеджменту підприємства, спрямовані на покращення планування, обліку і контролю господарської діяльності на ринку.

WAYS OF OPTIMIZATION OF THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF ENTERPRISE

Summary

The article deals with the problem of the formation of a modern system of enterprise management, which would enable the organization to reach a new level of development, and would involve modernizing the organizational structure of management taking into account changes in the environment. Generalized approaches to the current state, patterns of development, problems of existence and functioning of the enterprise management system. Particular attention is paid to highlighting the practical experience of applying managerial analysis of enterprises in the process of phased development of enterprise management systems. The main approaches to determining the economic categories "effectiveness of the management system" and "performance of the management system" are considered, based on their differentiation and characteristics. The aim of the organization's management is highlighted in the context of the current level of development of the level of market relations in Ukraine. emphasizes the importance of evaluating the performance of the management system taking into account the criteria for the efficiency of all subsystems of the enterprise: economic, organizational and social. In the course of the research, the main problems of ensuring the efficiency of management at domestic enterprises are summarized, taking into account modern economic conditions. In accordance with the identified problems, the main methods of optimizing the management system of domestic enterprises in the conditions of an unstable economy and complex social problems in the country are proposed. The essence of the management system and the defining principles of its functioning are considered, the main emphasis is made on their fundamental component in the activities of all socio - economic objects and subsystems of the enterprise, without exception. The main management systems are described which allow the company to realize its own mission in the market, to maintain a position definition and a certain level of competitiveness. In considering the main areas of optimization of the enterprise management system, the main emphasis is placed on the competitiveness and competence of the business, the adaptability of the organization to the changing environment of the environment and the timely adoption of appropriate management decisions, the business entity. As a result of the research, the main directions of optimization of the management system of the enterprise are outlined, aimed at improving the planning, accounting and control of economic activity in the market.
