АНАЛІТИЧНЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ УПРАВЛІННЯ МАЙНОВОЮ БЕЗПЕКОЮ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Анотація

Запропоновано послідовність проведення аналізу майнової вітчизняного сільськогосподарського підприємства, що дозволить комплексно, об’єктивно, оперативно, точно оцінювати рівень майнової безпеки суб’єктів господарювання не тільки сільського господарства, але й інших галузей економіки. Проведено об’єктивну оцінку майнової, кадрової та фінансової безпеки вітчизняного господарюючого суб’єкта галузі сільського господарства. В свою чергу, це дає можливість аналізованому підприємству підвищити рівень майнової безпеки підприємства в складних економічних умовах.
Розроблено основні заходи ризик-менеджменту захисту майна підприємства. Для підвищення майнової безпеки сільськогосподарського підприємства необхідно в тексти договорів оренди земельних паїв та інших активів пайовиків, вносити пункти, які ускладнюють або роблять неможливим дострокове розірвання договорів з пайовиками, передбачивши пункт, що забезпечує СТОВ «НИВА» переважне право пролонгації або переукладення цього договору на новий термін.
Систематизовано основні напрямки охорони сільськогосподарських угідь підприємства. Розроблено комплекс заходів щодо управління ризиками на підприємстві відносно попередження рейдерства. При виникненні перших ознак можливих незаконних дій відносно підприємства чи його майна, важливо своєчасно звернутися до кваліфікованих юристів (адвокатів) та служб охорони.

ANALYTICAL PROVISION FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF LAND PROFESSIONAL SAFETY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Summary

The role of risks in the system of property security of the enterprise is determined. The specific risks of an agricultural enterprise are systematized. The sequence of the analysis of the property of the domestic agricultural enterprise, which will allow complex, objective, operational, accurately assess the level of property security of economic entities, not only agriculture, but also other branches of the economy, is proposed. An objective assessment of the property, personnel and financial security of the domestic business entity in the field of agriculture was conducted. In turn, it enables the analyzed company to increase the level of property security of the company in difficult economic conditions.
The basic measures of risk management of property protection of the enterprise are developed. In order to increase the property security of an agricultural enterprise, it is necessary to include in the texts of contracts of lease of land shares and other shares of shareholders, to make items that complicate or make it impossible to terminate pre-term agreements with shareholders, providing a clause providing the NIVA CJSC the pre-emptive right of prolongation or repositioning of this agreement for a new term.
The main directions of protection of agricultural lands of the enterprise are systematized. A set of measures on risk management at the enterprise was developed in relation to the prevention of raids. When there are first signs of possible unlawful actions regarding the company or its property, it is important to apply to qualified lawyers (lawyers) and security services in a timely manner.
In addition, today the anti-rider audit service is relevant, due to which an individual list of measures to minimize the threat of raider hijacking can be provided as a result of the analysis of documents on the company, as well as the necessary briefings on first-priority actions in the event of raider attacks.
The scientific result of this study is the development of methodological recommendations for countering the risks of property security and a methodological approach to improving risk management in relation to the prevention of raider attacks on an agricultural enterprise.
