СПІВПРАЦЯ КРАЇН ШОС В МЕЖАХ ПРОЕКТУ «ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ ПОЯС НА ВЕЛИКОМУ ШОВКОВОМУ ШЛЯХУ»

Анотація

Показано, що ЕПВШШ  не перший проект відродження сухопутного Великого шовкового шляху, запропонований за останні роки. Економічний проект нового Шовкового шляху є продовженням Китайської інтеграційної політики в рамках ШОС. Обґрунтовується, що ЕПВШШ просувається керівництвом КНР як мегапроект посилення своїх геополітичних і геоекономічних позицій на основі поглиблення багатосторонньої і комплексної взаємодії з країнами Євразії. В основу концепції покладено принцип «взаємної вигоди і спільного виграшу». КНР, маючи великі індустріальні, товарні і фінансові можливості, пропонує суміжним державам розширити торгово-економічне співробітництво, завдяки чому вони зможуть отримати для себе користь з економічного розвитку Китаю, а Китай  отримувати вигоду і підтримку від спільного з ними розвитку. Зроблено висновок про те, що китайський «Економічний проект нового Шовкового шляху» дасть новий імпульс розвитку багатосторонніх міжнародних угод у торговому і фінансовому секторі євразійського співробітництва, оскільки націлений на створення нового міжнародно-правового порядку в регіоні, нового простору торгівлі та інвестицій на основі євразійської валютно-фінансової системи розрахунків і фінансування в рамках розширення впливу Китаю через ШОС в азіатському регіоні.

COOPERATION OF SCO COUNTRIES IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE PROJECT “ECONOMIC BELT ON THE GREAT SILK ROAD”

Summary

It has been shown that Economic Belt of the Great Silk Road (ЕВGSR) is not the first project of the revival of the Great Silk Road, proposed in recent years. An economic project of the new Silk Road is a continuation of China's integration policy within the framework of the SCO. It is substantiated that ЕВGSR is being promoted by the leadership of the China as a megaproject to strengthen its geopolitical and geo-economic positions on the basis of deepening multilateral and integrated cooperation with Eurasian countries. The basis of the concept is the principle of "mutual benefit and joint win". With great industrial, commodity and financial capabilities, the PRC offers the neighboring countries the opportunity to expand their trade and economic cooperation, thereby enabling them to benefit from the economic development of China, and China - to benefit from and support for their joint development. The Chinese "silk" initiative relies heavily on the already established economic base of cooperation with the Central Asian countries in previous years. In the foreseeable future, China, which has huge investment potential, will take on an even more important role in the economic development of the SCO countries by continuing to provide large amounts of finance and implementing planned large-scale projects. At the same time, the joint construction and construction, based on the huge financial capabilities of the People's Republic of China new transport communications and objects of logistics in the territory of the Central Asian states promises serious benefits. The transport corridor connecting the Baltic Sea with the Pacific Ocean and Central Asia with the Indian Ocean and the Persian Gulf will increase the transport connectivity of the SCO space, will allow the economy and trade of partners with each other and with third countries to be fully realized, to realize the transit potential as fully as possible. and, accordingly, increase revenues from exports of transport services. It is concluded that the Chinese "Economic project of the new Silk Road" will give a new impetus to the development of multilateral international agreements in the trade and financial sector of Eurasian cooperation, since it seeks to create a new international legal order in the region, a new area of trade and investment based on the Eurasian currency -financial system of payments and financing in the framework of expanding China's influence through the SCO in the Asian region.
