Анотація

У статті визначено, що молочний сектор національного господарства відіграє важливу роль в забезпеченні продовольчої безпеки держави, оскільки насичує ринок висококалорійними молокопродуктами і значною мірою впливає на сировинну базу та диверсифікацію господарської діяльності ряду субгалузей аграрного сектора.
Встановлено, що фінансово-економічна криза, яка супроводжується зменшенням доходів споживачів, негативно позначається на величині попиту на молоко та молокопродукти, змушуючи вітчизняні молокопереробні підприємства збільшувати обсяги виробництва товарів низькоцінового сегменту та загалом скорочувати пропозицію товарів.

LOGISTIC BASIS OF PRODUCTION AND ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF MILK PROCESSING ENTERPRISES

Summary

The article stipulates that the dairy sector of the national economy plays an important role in ensuring food security, as it saturates the market with high-calorie dairy products and greatly affects the raw material base and diversification of the economic activity of the agricultural sector. Milk is the primary source of protein in the human body. Milk and milk products - essential goods, especially for children and the elderly, because problems associated with the production of these types of food are always extremely relevant.
It was established that the financial and economic crisis accompanied by a decrease in consumer income negatively affects the demand for milk and dairy products, forcing domestic milk processing enterprises to increase the volume of production of low-price goods and, in general, reduce the supply of goods. The aggravation of the global food crisis offers significant opportunities for the expansion of the enterprises of the dairy product subcomplex of Ukraine into the markets of certain regions of the world, as in our country there are sufficient natural resources, production, technical and research preconditions for expanded reproduction of milk and milk production facilities.
