КОРЕЛЯЦІЙНИЙ АНАЛІЗ КОНЦЕНТРАЦІЇ Й ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ВИРОБНИЦТВА Й ПЕРЕРОБКИ СОНЯШНИКУ В АГРОХОЛДИНГАХ УКРАЇНИ ТА ОЦІНКА ЇХ ВПЛИВУ НА РОЗВИТОК СПЕЦІАЛІЗОВАНИХ АГРАРНИХ РИНКІВ
Анотація
У статті висвітлені особливості концентрації й ефективності виробництва та переробки соняшнику в агрохолдингах та інших аграрних підприємствах країни. Здійснено оцінку їх порівняної ефективності та чинників їх конкурентних переваг. Визначено рейтинг найбільших агрохолдингів України за обсягами виробництва та переробки соняшнику. Розраховано кореляційно-регресійний аналіз залежності між витратами й урожайності. Виявлено пряму залежність між ними. Обґрунтовано напрями регулювання їх діяльності, у т.ч. на засадах державно-приватного партнерства. Обґрунтовано кількісні методи оцінки економічної ефективності й концентрації виробництва й переробки соняшнику великих агрохолдингів (розрахунок і аналіз кореляційного поля в системі “витрати – обсяги виробництва”, визначення й оцінка їх ринкових часток і рейтингів) і на цій основі – встановлено їх вплив на реалізацію й цінову політику, доступність продовольства, монополізацію, структуру й динаміку аграрних ринків, а також необхідності та форм державного регулювання.

CORRELATION ANALYSIS OF CONCENTRATION AND EFFICIENCY OF SUNFLOWER PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING IN UKRAINIAN AGROHOLDINGS AND ASSESSMENT OF THEIR IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIALIZED AGRARIAN MARKETS
Summary
The article highlights the features of concentration and efficiency of sunflower production and processing in agroholdings and other agrarian enterprises of the country. An assessment of their comparative effectiveness and factors of their competitive advantages. An effective method for assessing the economic efficiency of corporate development of crop sectors is the construction of the rating of agrarian companies in terms of production volumes based on the existing methodology for calculating gross agricultural products. The rating of the largest Ukrainian agricultural holdings in terms of production and processing of sunflower is determined. The correlation-regression analysis of the relationship between cost and yield is calculated. Dependence between them is revealed. The directions of regulation of their activity are substantiated, including on the principles of public-private partnership. The quantitative methods of assessing the economic efficiency and concentration of sunflower production and processing of large agricultural holdings (calculation and analysis of the correlation field in the system "costs - production volumes", definition and estimation of their market shares and ratings) are substantiated. On this basis, their influence on the implementation and price policy, availability of food, monopolization, structure and dynamics of agrarian markets, as well as the necessities and forms of state regulation. The revealed patterns show the need for state regulation of the development of crop production, in particular, sunflower, in large agroholdings. First of all, it is about their involvement in public-private partnership programs in order to achieve fair competition in agrarian markets, support small agribusiness, rural population, rural areas. Moreover, in Ukraine the size of land use tends to consolidate resources. It is determined that according to the volumes of production of the leading types of agricultural crops and their yields (cereals, corn, leguminous plants, sunflower, sugar beet), corporate agroforestry outstrips the economy of the population and farms. The largest indicators of efficiency and competitiveness due to the concentration and specialization of plant growing have large agroholdings.
