ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ПРИНЦИПІВ КОРПОРАТИВНОЇ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ У ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ТУРИЗМУ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена вивченню історії розвитку корпоративної соціальної відповідальності за різними науковими школами. Глибинний аналіз наукових підходів дозволив прослідкувати тенденцію зміни поглядів та розширення змісту поняття КСВ. У роботі визначені основні принципи корпоративної соціальної відповідальності, реалізація яких покликана вирішити багато суспільно-важливих проблем. Практика впровадження КСВ є характерною як для закордонних підприємств, так і вітчизняних. Підприємства туризму в Україні поступово впроваджують у власну практичну діяльність КСВ, в основному через соціальні програми та екологічні проекти. КСВ як державного, так і приватного секторів детально викладена в основних положеннях Мережі Глобального Договору ООН, які забезпечують різні напрямки. Визначено, що реалізація ключових принципів КСВ покращує репутацію організації, підвищує рівень довіри до діяльності компанії, якості її товарів і послуг, зростає професіоналізм кадрового потенціалу, збільшує лояльність співробітників до компанії, формує безпечне середовище діяльності, розвиває корпоративну політику. Туристичний та готельний бізнес, з кожним роком, намагаються все більше уваги та зусиль приділяти вирішенню ключових екологічних і соціальних проблем шляхом розробки та впровадження програм та соціальних проектів.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE ACTIVITIES OF TOURISM ENTERPRISES
Summary
The article is devoted of studying the history of corporate social responsibility development. CSR is a broad spectrum process that covers the whole cycle of production, development of products, services and related environmental protection, social, financial and ethical issues. A profound analysis of scientific approaches allowed us to follow the trend of changing views and expanding the content of the concept of CSR. The paper defines the basic principles of corporate social responsibility, the implementation of which is intended to solve many socially important problems. The analysis of the CSR definitions in the article showed that, over time, the emphasis is not on entirely new ideas but on the attitude to the principles, although there is a strong focus on details and applicability in different areas of company activity, which really only explains and partially complements the classical definition of CSR. CSR practice is typical for both foreign enterprises and domestic ones. Tourism companies in Ukraine are gradually implementing CSR in their practical activities, mainly through social programs and environmental projects. The CSR, both public and private, is described in detail in the main provisions of the UN Global Compact Network, which provide the various directions. From the development of CSR, the reputation of the organization improves, increases the level of trust in the company's activities, the quality of its goods and services, the professionalism of the personnel potential, employees' loyalty to the company grows, a secure environment is formed, corporate policy develops. The corporate social responsibility development has undergone significant changes: transforming from the negation of the idea of corporate social responsibility, besides the responsibility for profit to recognition of the responsibility of the enterprise for the development of society at the level with the state. Every year, the tourism and hotel business are trying to focus more and more on solving both environmental and social problems. The study compared the key representatives of the tourism and hospitality industry who are actively engaged in the implementation of key CSR principles through the implementation of social and environmental programs.
