ФОРМУВАННЯ ТА РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ЯК ВАЖЛИВОГО ЧИННИКА ЇХ СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО РОЗВИТКУ
Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано сутність інвестиційної політики підприємств з позицій її розуміння як основи їх конкурентоспроможності й стратегічного розвитку. Визначено, чо саме інвестиції забезпечують відтворення основних засобів, здійснення діяльності, виробництво продукції і надання послуг, впровадження інновацій. Розроблено основні джерела, етапи й напрями здійснення інвестиційної політики, виявлено ризики й перешкоди. Визначено особливості та цілі інвестиційної політики для сільськогосподарських підприємств. Обґрунтовано, що важливими формами реалізації інвестиційних інтересів є отримання і збільшення доходу (зарплати, премії, дивіденди), підвищення кваліфікації персоналу, стійкий розвиток підприємства, підвищення конкурентних переваг. Обґрунтовано її методологічні принципи, необхідність залучення інструментів сучасної парадигми системного економічного управління в керування інвестиціями. Розроблено зміст моделі інвестиційної політики та визначено перспективи подальших досліджень.

FORMATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INVESTMENT POLICY OF ENTERPRISES AS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR IN THEIR STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
Summary
The article substantiates the essence of investment policy of enterprises from the standpoint of its understanding as the basis of their competitiveness and strategic development. Investment policy is a major instrument of socio-economic development, which helps to strengthen the company's market position by providing sufficient capital to meet the growing needs. It is determined that the investments themselves ensure reproduction of fixed assets, activities, production of products and services, and the introduction of innovations. The main sources, stages and directions of realization of investment policy are developed, risks and obstacles are revealed. The features and objectives of investment policy for agricultural enterprises are defined. It is substantiated that important forms of realization of investment interests are the receipt and increase of income (salaries, bonuses, dividends), personnel development, steady development of the enterprise, increase of competitive advantages. On the process of implementing investment policy, enterprises are influenced by various factors, while it should be noted that the intensity of their influence and scope are determined by various economic processes. It substantiates its methodological principles, the necessity of attracting instruments of the modern paradigm of systemic economic management in the management of investments. The content of the investment policy model is developed and prospects for further research are determined. It is determined that in further research and investment practice it is necessary to take into account allowable levels of deviation of the actual values of the indicators of the efficiency of investment policy implementation from the forecasted ones in order to timely implement the measures that are being adjusted. Development of measures depending on the degree of deviation of the actual data from the forecast allows: to identify the most effective directions for improving the efficiency of the investment policy implementation of the enterprise; to define prospects of realization of investment decisions; Adjust the target orientation of the investment policy for the future.
