ПІДХОДИ ДО ФІНАНСОВОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ МАЛИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Анотація

Стаття присвячена розгляду проблеми удосконалення підходів до фінансування поточної діяльності та інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку малих підприємств в умовах нестабільної економіки. У статті розглянуто та критично охарактеризовано доступні джерела та форми фінансового забезпечення малих підприємств залежно від цілей їх діяльності. Зокрема, увагу приділено самофінансуванню, акціонуванню, державній фінансовій підтримці, банківському і комерційному кредитуванню, фінансовому лізингу, програмам фінансування міжнародних фінансових інституцій, грантовому та венчурному фінансуванню та краудфандингу. Виділено особливості та обґрунтовано основні недоліки існуючих фінансових джерел, а також запропоновано найбільш ефективні в несприятливих економічних умовах підходи фінансування діяльності.

APPROACHES TO FINANCIAL PROVISIONS FOR SMALL ENTERPRISES ACTIVITIES

Summary

The article is devoted to the consideration of improving problem the approaches to funding current activities and innovation and investment development of small enterprises in an unstable economy. The author reveals the role and importance of small business for the Ukrainian economy, highlights the main problems of its development, including affordable financial support. The importance of investment and innovation development for small enterprises, in particular their conformity to changes in market conditions, increase of competitiveness and profitability are noted. It is noted that the system of financial support for small business entities activities should be built on the following goals: to ensure uninterrupted current activity or investment and innovation development. The article considers and critically describes the available sources and forms of small enterprises financial support depending on the purposes of their activities. In particular, attention is paid to self-financing, equity, state financial support, banking and commercial lending, financial leasing, financing programs for international financial institutions, grant and venture financing, and crowdfunding. The most common sources of financial support for the current activity of a small enterprise are its profit and bank lending. At the same time, the ability to obtain a bank loan is limited for many reasons. A promising type of financial support for small enterprise innovation and investment development is venture financing in the form of attracting funds from an external investor and grant support from international organizations. Their feature is to provide funds on a non-refundable basis. The conditions of bank investment lending on the example of the leading Ukrainian banks and the conditions of small business lending under the programs of the Ukrainian-German fund were considered in detail. The peculiarities were highlighted and the main advantages and disadvantages of existing financial sources were substantiated, as well as the most effective approaches to financing activities in unfavorable economic conditions were proposed.
