ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ ІННОВАЦІЙНО-ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ВИРОБНИЦТВА ПРОДУКЦІЇ ТВАРИННИЦТВА АГРОПРОМИСЛОВИМИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВАМИ
Анотація
Основним завданням аналізу обсягів виробництва продукції тваринництва є пошук можливостей нарощування виробництва продукції галузі, поліпшення її асортименту і якості. Це актуально, особливо тепер, коли економічна ситуація в країні не сприяє розвитку тваринництва. Це ускладнює роботу кожного сільськогосподарського підприємства і вимагає розробки цілеспрямованих заходів щодо найповнішого використання потенціалу галузі і підвищення її ролі в економіці господарства.
Дослідження проводилось на основі системного підходу до використання статистичних даних. Матеріалами для даного дослідження слугували праці вітчизняних вчених, статистичні збірники, власні напрацювання. В статті використовувалися такі методи дослідження, як монографічний, порівняльно-аналітичний, спостереження, а також табличний метод подання інформації.
При здійсненні аналізу обсягів виробництва продукції тваринництва необхідно враховувати особливості розвитку галузі тваринництва: виробництво продукції значною мірою залежить від біологічних особливостей тварин; розвиток даної галузі тісно пов'язаний з розвитком рослинництва; тут ширше застосовуються різні форми організації виробництва: від великих тваринницьких комплексів до фермерських господарств та ін. Врахування вищенаведених застережень підвищує якість аналітичної роботи, сприяє ширшому використанню результатів, аналізу в управлінні галуззю.

TRENDS OF INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTION OF ANIMAL PRODUCTION BY AGROINDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
Summary
The main objective of the analysis of livestock production is the search for opportunities for increasing the production of the industry, improving its range and quality. This is relevant, especially now, when the economic situation in the country does not contribute to the development of livestock. This complicates the work of each agricultural enterprise and requires the development of targeted measures to maximize the potential of the industry and increase its role in the economy of the economy.
The study was conducted on the basis of a systematic approach to the use of statistical data. Materials for this study were the works of domestic scientists, statistical collections, own developments. The article used such research methods as monographic, comparative-analytical. Observation, as well as the tabular method of presenting information.
When analysing the volume of production of livestock products it is necessary to consider features of development of the livestock industry: production of products largely depends on the biological characteristics of animals; the development of this industry is closely linked to development of plant growing; there is increasingly applied various forms of organization of production from major livestock farms to farms, etc. Given the above reservations improves the quality of analytical work, promoting a wider use of the results of the analysis in management industry.
In our opinion, the negative influence on the functioning of the livestock sector, the reduction of livestock and the reduction of production are: the dominance of natural processes on the milk and milk products market; lack of normative provision of the contractual system, including the integration relations; monopolization of chains of promotion of dairy products from producer to consumer with appropriate influence on price situation; inadequate level of breeding and breeding work and technological support of the industry; lack of support for the integration of production, processing and marketing of dairy products, which increases the disparity of inter-industry prices; the absence of effective state policy in previous years regarding the creation of favorable economic conditions for the development of the industry.
At all stages of the development of the livestock industry, we consider it necessary to adhere to the following directions: organizational - to explain the necessity of creation of cooperatives, associations, unions, communal enterprises, through which to sell industry products to processing enterprises, bypassing intermediaries; technological - to teach: how to keep, feed the livestock and provide production that meets the existing requirements in Ukraine and the European Union; ecological - production of the industry without the use of drugs, feeds, substances that negatively affect the quality of products; economic - to develop conditions for profitable management of small businesses, studying the foundations of entrepreneurial activity, etc .; legal - clarification of the current legislation on animal husbandry, and an explanation of the consequences of Ukraine's accession to the WTO.
At this stage of development of agricultural production, there is an urgent need for the restoration of livestock and the growth of livestock production. For this we consider it necessary: create conditions conducive to the development of business entities of all forms of ownership on the basis of widespread use of funds from the regional and district budgets; to resume the work of farms in agricultural enterprises, and to ensure the increase of cattle population in private households of citizens; to ensure accelerated development of the industry by establishing a basic breeding farm for cattle breeding in the area; to increase the volume of sales of livestock products both at the expense of agricultural enterprises and through the development of small farms in the private sector; create appropriate conditions for the stable distribution of products of the processing and food industry; to introduce biotechnology to accelerate the selection, retrieval of young animals with high genetic potential of productivity and reproduction; to organize directed growth of young animals for replenishment of the main herd; to increase the number of jobs in the village.
