ВПЛИВ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЙНИХ ЗМІН У МІЖНАРОДНОМУ ОСВІТНЬОМУ ПРОСТОРІ НА ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ ЗАКЛАДІВ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Освіта відіграє важливу роль у розвитку сучасних суспільств, забезпечуючи прогрес у соціальній, економічній та культурній сферах. Глобальні виклики XXI ст. поставили всі національні системи освіти перед необхідністю формування нової освітньої парадигми, що відбиває реалії постіндустріального суспільства.
У статті встановлено відсоток населення, який навчається за віковими групами. Визначено кількість студентів в Україні за віком. Прослідковано динаміку кількості студентів закладів вищої освіти. Здійснено розподіл іноземних студентів, які навчаються в країнах ОЕСР, за регіонами походження та рівнем освіти. Виокремлено структуру міжнародних або мобільних студентів, які навчаються в країнах ОЕСР за рівнями освіти. Визначено кількість іноземних студентів у закладах вищої освіти на початок навчального року. Проаналізовано результати SCImago Institutions Rankings. Встановлено топ-10 університетів України за рейтингом SCImago.

THE INFLUENCE OF TRANSFORMATION CHANGES IN THE INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL SPACE ON THE ACTIVITIES OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS OF UKRAINE
Summary
Education is playing an increasing role in the development of modern societies, ensuring progress in the social, economic and cultural spheres. Global challenges of the XXI century. put all national education systems in front of the need to form a new educational paradigm that reflects the realities of post-industrial society. The modern development of higher education of any country should be considered in the light of global trends that modernize educational strategic priorities, change the tools and approaches to the methodological and methodological foundations of higher education. Moreover, civilizational tendencies produce a systemic influence on the process of reforming national education systems.
Continuous updating and renewal of knowledge is a prerequisite for high qualification and competence of personnel. The training system should take into account the conditions in which the future specialist will live and work. The process of European integration involves the creation of a pan-European educational and scientific space based on the development of common criteria and standards in the field of education and science, with the aim of recognizing periods and terms of training for higher education professionals, which will facilitate cooperation between higher education institutions in Europe, student mobility and teaching.
The article identifies the percentage of the population that studies by age group. The number of students in Ukraine by age is determined. The dynamics of the number of students of higher education institutions has been traced. The distribution of foreign students studying in OECD countries by region of origin and level of education was made. The structure of international or mobile students studying in OECD countries by educational level is distinguished. The number of foreign students in higher education institutions at the beginning of the academic year was determined. The results of SCImago Institutions Rankings have been analyzed. Top 10 universities of Ukraine rated SCImago.
