ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ РОЗВИТКУ СФЕРИ ОБСЛУГОВУВАННЯ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Ідентифіковано наявність недоліків в системі забезпечення економічної безпеки розвитку сфери обслуговування за базисними складовими – фінансовою, інтелектуально-кадровою, техніко-технологічною, інвестиційно-інноваційною, інституційно-правовою та інтерфейсною, що є свідченням високого рівня потреби у формуванні та реалізації комплексної державної політики зміцнення економічної безпеки у цьому сегменті національного господарства. Згідно отриманих результатів в контексті фінансової безпеки пріоритетами важливо визначити фінансове просвітництво та консалтинг, організацію програм фінансово-кредитної підтримки та стимулювання інвестицій; інтелектуально-кадрової – узгодження професійно-кваліфікаційних характеристик підготовки кадрів, покращення її інституційно-правового забезпечення, стимулювання підвищення рівня оплати праці, зовнішнє залучення топ-менеджерів; техніко-технологічної – стимулювання технологічних інновацій, технологічну модернізацію господарських об’єктів, впровадження ІТ-продуктів; інвестиційно-інноваційної – системну підтримку інноваційної активності, розвиток міжгалузевої співпраці, посилення інноваційного характеру інвестування; інституційно-правової – модернізацію інституційної системи сфери обслуговування, врегламентування відносин суб’єктів сфери обслуговування; інтерфейсної – ефективний маркетинг і промоцію послуг сфери обслуговування, міжнародна співпраця, створення міжнародних кластерів.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE SERVICE SECTOR IN UKRAINE
Summary
The existence of deficiencies in the system of providing economic security for the development of the service sector by the basic components – financial, intellectual-personnel, technical-technological, investment-innovative, institutional-legal and interfaced, is identified, which is evidence of the high level of need for the formation and implementation of complex state policy security in this segment of the national economy. According to the results in the context of financial security, it is important to prioritize financial education and consulting, organize financial support programs and encourage investment; intellectual and human resources – harmonization of professional and qualification characteristics of training, improvement of its institutions and legal support, stimulation of raising the level of remuneration, external involvement of top managers; technical and technological – stimulation of technological innovations, technological modernization of economic objects, introduction of IT products; investment and innovation – systematic support for innovation activity, development of cross-industry cooperation, enhancement of innovative nature of investment; institutional and legal – modernization of the institutional system of the service sector, regulation of the relations of the subjects of the service sector; interface – effective marketing and promotion of service sector services, international cooperation, creation of international clusters. The realization of the service potential accumulated in Ukraine requires further integration into the international market. This, in turn, requires a significant investment in the promotion of domestic products abroad, in particular through participation in international exhibitions, salons, forums. It is positive that in recent years considerable progress has been made in promoting the potential of the domestic service sector at national level at regional and international exhibitions and abroad. But participation in such events should be regular in nature, aimed at forming a potential consumer perception of Ukraine as a country that can offer a wide range of consumer services, different types of specialized holidays, services for different age groups and at different times of the year.
