СІЛЬСЬКИЙ ЗЕЛЕНИЙ ТУРИЗМ В УКРАЇНІ: ПРОБЛЕМИ І ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ

Анотація

У статті розглянуто необхідність розвитку туристичної галузі, важливим сегментом якої є сільський зелений туризм. Визначено основні передумови розвитку сільського зеленого туризму в Україні. Наведено економічні, соціальні та екологічні переваги розвитку сільського зеленого туризму. Доведено, що сільський зелений туризм є одним із пріоритетних напрямів сталого розвитку сільських територій України. На основі SWOTаналізу систематизовано сильні та слабкі сторони, можливості та загрози розвитку сільського зеленого туризму в Україні. Дослідження зовнішніх та внутрішніх чинників, на основі проведеного SWOTаналізу, дозволило виявити ряд проблем розвитку сільського зеленого туризму в Україні. Розкрито особливості сільського зеленого туризму та визначено чинники, що стримують його розвиток в Україні. Обґрунтовано основні заходи щодо удосконалення державного регулювання у сфері сільського зеленого туризму.

RURAL GREEN TOURISM IN UKRAINE: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT

Summary

In the context of Ukraine's integration into the international community, the formation of priority forms of management aimed at the efficient use of natural, recreational, industrial and labor potential, in the structure of which tourism activity occupies an important place, in particular the sphere of rural green tourism, becomes of great relevance.
The main prerequisites for the development of rural green tourism in Ukraine are identified - favorable geographical location; favorable climatic conditions; powerful natural and recreational potential; considerable potential of land and labor resources available.
It is proved that the formation and development of rural green tourism in Ukraine contribute to the systematic solution of socio-economic and environmental problems associated with the restoration of employment potential in the agricultural sector, improving the employment of rural population, improving its quality of life, the formation of new directions of production and implementation of agricultural production, increase of income of agricultural producers, creation of new sources of revenues to local budgets, improvement of improvement of settlements, preservation of t and the restoration of natural and recreational potential, the provision of sustainable use of nature and the environment.
The economic, social and environmental benefits of the feasibility of rural green tourism development in Ukraine have been systematized.
It is established that the development of rural green tourism in Ukraine is slow, due to the lack of effective support at the state level.
Prospects for the establishment and development of rural green tourism as an organizational form of entrepreneurship have positive prerequisites and depend on its proper support at the national and regional levels.
The basic measures for improvement of state regulation in the field of rural green tourism are substantiated, in particular the development of an appropriate legal framework; formation of the state strategy of development of green tourism; implementation of effective tax, credit and tariff regulation; developing a mechanism for rational use of the country's natural-recreational and historical-cultural potential; providing financial incentives for the industry.
