РОЗРОБКА АЛГОРИТМУ ПРОВЕДЕННЯ РЕІНЖИНІРИНГУ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСІВ

Анотація

У статті розроблено методику прийняття ефективних управлінсько-організаційних рішень для проведення реінжинірингу основних бізнес-процесів при впровадженні інноваційних технологій на промисловому підприємстві. Розроблена схема етапів методики реінжинірингу основних бізнес-процесів представлена, яка дає можливість оцінити його ефективність до проведення безпосередніх змін в основних бізнес-процесах, що може запобігти значним втратам грошових коштів при негативній ефективності. Запропоновані схеми організаційної структури управління та проведення реалізації порівняльного аналізу доцільності проведення реінжинірингу основного бізнес-процесу, ітераційна схема удосконалення бізнес процесів. Розроблено алгоритм реінжинірингу основних бізнес-процесів при впровадженні інноваційних технологій, що включає етапи підготовки до реінжинірингу основних бізнес-процесів; методи оцінки, аналізу ефективності реінжинірингу основних бізнес-процесів при впровадженні інноваційної технології, які засновані на порівнянні моделей бізнес-процесу до і після проведення їх реінжинірингу.

DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESS ENGINEERING ALGORITHM

Summary

The technique of making effective management and organizational decisions for reengineering basic business processes while implementing innovative technologies at an industrial enterprise is developed in the article. The developed scheme of stages of the methodology of reengineering of basic business processes is presented, which gives an opportunity to evaluate its effectiveness before making direct changes in the main business processes, which can prevent significant losses of money with negative efficiency . The qualities that such a leader of reengineering of basic business processes should possess are determined.
Define Aisne organizational structure for which will be made management personnel conducting the business process. Schemes of organizational structure of management and realization of comparative analysis of expediency of carrying out reengineering of the basic business process, an iterative scheme of improvement of business processes are offered. The algorithm of reengineering of basic business processes at introduction of innovative technologies is developed, which includes the stages of preparation for reengineering of basic business processes; methods of evaluation, analysis of efficiency of reengineering of basic business processes at introduction of innovative technology, which are based on comparison of models of business process before and after carrying out their reengineering. The proposed algorithm reengineering key business processes in the implementation of innovative technologies and further improvement, will allow companies to implement comprehensive training to implement business process, contributing to its positive implementation of value advisability of re-engineering key business processes for the most expensive measures (Elapsed into recruiting on introduction of innovations); a to streamline the sequence of execution of processes in the main business process and on that basis to develop measures for reduction of time expenses; o evaluate the costs of the main business process before and after its re-engineering, the cost of the re-engineering itself (business process) and compare it with the economic effect of the changes; to show duplicate and inappropriate functions in the main business process, which will reduce the time and financial costs of its implementation; n improve the core business process after its reengineering to improve core performance.
