ПІДХОДИ ДО РОЗРОБКИ ПРОЕКТУ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
Забезпечення стійкого положення підприємства на ринку та його економічного розвитку в довгостроковому періоді вимагає відповідної інвестиційної підтримки. Це обумовлює необхідність створення системи управління інвестиційною діяльністю на основі науково виваженого передбачення її напрямків і форм, забезпечення реалізації загальних цілей розвитку підприємства та адаптування до умов зовнішнього мінливого середовища його функціонування. Ефективним інструментом перспективного управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємства, є розробка проектів інвестиційної діяльності. В статті розглянуто підходи до інвестиційної діяльності підприємства, виділено основні ознаки інвестиційного проекту та розглянуто фази його життєвого циклу. Виділено етапи загальної процедури впорядкування інвестиційної діяльності підприємства по відношенню до конкретного проекту та обґрунтовано індивідуальні інтереси учасників інвестиційної діяльності.

APPROACHES TO DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE
Summary
Ensuring the firm's stable position on the market and its economic development in the long term requires appropriate investment support. This makes necessary the creation of investment activity management system on the basis of scientifically balanced prediction of its directions and forms, ensuring the realization of the general goals of enterprise development and adaptation to the conditions of the external changing environment of its functioning. At the present stage of the country's development, with a variety of complex economic crisis processes and relationships between enterprises, financial institutions, states in the domestic and foreign markets, the effective challenge is to invest capital effectively to increase it. An effective tool for perspective management of the enterprise investment activity is the development of investment activity projects. The main aim of an investment project is to maximize the return on investments made by it.
The article considers the approaches to the enterprise investment activity, it identifies the main features of the investment project and examines the its life cycle phases. The stages of the general procedure of streamlining the enterprise investment activity in relation to a specific project are identified and the individual interests of the participants of the investment activity are substantiated.
The issue of the project of enterprise investment activity development is among the most important, since it allows to attract additional financial resources and expand the material and technical base of the enterprise, to increase its technological level, to innovate, to introduce into production new types of goods and services, to upgrade outdated equipment and more. A well-designed investment project will ensure profitability not only for investors but also for the enterprise and will help it to improve the efficiency of its financial and economic activities.
