ПІДХОДИ ДО УПРАВЛІННЯ ДІЛОВОЮ АКТИВНІСТЮ ТА ФІНАНСОВОЮ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНІСТЮ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
Основним важелем підвищення ефективності використання ресурсів підприємства є управління їх діловою активністю та фінансовою конкурентоспроможністю, що уможливлює здійснення об’єктивної оцінки результативності фінансово-господарської діяльності суб’єкта господарювання з метою її оперативного корегування, а відтак - визначення векторів розвитку та вдосконалення діяльності на всіх етапах життєвого циклу. Ділова активність формує імідж підприємства, є візитною карткою у справах бізнесу та важливою характеристикою фінансової конкурентоспроможності підприємства.
В статті проаналізовано підходи науковців до визначення поняття ділової активності та фінансової конкурентоспроможності. Наведено систематизацію характеристик фінансової конкурентоспроможності підприємства, виділено основні напрями оцінки фінансової конкурентоспроможності підприємства, розглянуто фактори впливу на фінансову конкурентоспроможність та методичний підхід до аналізу ділової активності підприємства.
Управління діловою активністю та фінансовою конкурентоспроможністю дозволять підприємству досягти результату, який дозволить підвищити ефективність роботи підприємства, зміцнити його фінансову позицію серед конкурентів.

APPROACHES TO MANAGING THE BUSINESS ACTIVITY AND FINANCIAL COMPETITIVENESS OF THE ENTERPRISE
Summary
The main lever of increasing the efficiency of using the enterprise’s resources is the management of their business activity and financial competitiveness, which makes it possible to carry out an objective assessment of the economic entity’s financial and economic activity with the purpose of its prompt correction, and hence - to determine the vectors of development and improvement of the activity at all stages of the life cycle. Business activity shapes the image of the enterprise, it is a business card in business affairs and an important characteristic of the financial competitiveness of the enterprise. The level of business activity is one of the primary indicators of effective management of material, labor and financial resources of an enterprise, and it influences such important criteria of the firm's activities as: solvency and creditworthiness, investment attractiveness, profitability, financial stability and financial competitiveness.
The article analyzes the approaches of scientists to the definition of business activity and financial competitiveness, determined that the management of business activity and financial competitiveness in enterprises should start with an understanding of the essence of business activity, a clearly stated purpose of financial competitiveness, increase of efficiency of use of financial resources and growth of production volumes, new possibilities of business activity estimation and competition estimation, development of the tool. The characteristics systematization of the enterprise financial competitiveness is given, the main directions of the enterprise financial competitiveness evaluation are highlighted, the factors of influence on the financial competitiveness and methodical approach to the analysis of business activity of the enterprise are considered.
Management of business activity and financial competitiveness will allow the enterprise to achieve the result which will allow to increase efficiency of the enterprise work, to strengthen its financial position among competitors.
