КОМПЛЕКСНЕ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ХЕРСОНСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ ТА ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ НАПРЯМІВ ЇЇ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ
Анотація
У статті висвітлені методичні підходи й результати комплексного оцінювання конкурентоспроможності аграрних підприємств. Встановлено ефективні й конкурентоспроможні галузі й види діяльності, здійснено порівняння вітчизняних і європейських показників продуктивності праці. Розраховано рівні конкурентоспроможності аграрних підприємств Херсонської області, здійснено їх ранжування та об’єднання у кластери на цій основі. Визначено, що рівень конкурентоспроможності підприємств визначається ступенем використання їх конкурентного потенціалу, що формується в ринковому середовищі, шляхом оцінки їхніх якісних і кількісних характеристик. Вказане дозволило для кожного з виділених кластерів агроформувань розробити напрями підвищення конкурентоспроможності, а саме: впровадження інновацій; розвиток органічного виробництва; активізація зовнішньоекономічної діяльності; державна підтримка вітчизняних товаровиробників. Застосування нових методів та інструментів дослідження (ранжування, кластеризації, PEST-аналізу) дозволило ранжувати підприємства за визначеними рівнями конкурентоспроможності та об’єднати їх у кластери й обґрунтувати адресні рекомендації для її підвищення на перспективу.

COMPLEX ESTIMATION OF COMPETITIVENESS OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES OF KHERSON REGION AND JUSTIFICATION OF DIRECTIONS OF ITS INCREASE
Summary
The article highlights the methodological approaches and the results of a comprehensive assessment of the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. Effective and competitive industries and activities are established, the comparison of domestic and European indicators of labor productivity is carried out. It is established that the main indicators of assessing the competitiveness of agricultural formations of various forms of ownership and management are indicators of production efficiency, labor productivity, presence in agricultural markets. The analysis of results of economic activity of domestic agricultural enterprises testifies to positive dynamics of natural indicators of their functioning. The level of competitiveness of agricultural enterprises of the Kherson region is calculated, their ranking and association in clusters on this basis is carried out. The comparative analysis of parametric signs and group indicators of agricultural formations taking into account natural and qualitative indicators of efficiency of economic activity is carried out. Grouping of agricultural enterprises by the level of their competitiveness is carried out on the basis of the integral indicator of management efficiency in accordance with the reference values given to "1". It is determined that the level of competitiveness of enterprises is determined by the degree of use of their competitive potential, which is formed in the market environment, by assessing their qualitative and quantitative characteristics. This allowed for each of the selected clusters of agricultural formations to develop areas of competitiveness, namely: innovation; development of organic production; activation of foreign economic activity; state support of domestic producers. The use of new methods and research tools (ranking, clustering, PEST analysis) allowed to rank enterprises for certain levels of competitiveness and combine them into clusters and justify targeted recommendations for its improvement in the future. The above indicates the need for the implementation of foreign economic strategy and strengthening of measures of state support of the agricultural sector in the direction of differentiation of benefits to agriculture and personification of subsidies.
